Just saying, as someone from the U.K. with access to every product of No7; 90%, if not more of their products are overpriced, useless, perfume in a bottle.
I used it about 20 years ago and it works. You have to just be patient and follow your doctor's instructions. I have had almost no breakouts since my treatment. It's worth it. Remember also that you will have to use your sunscreen conscientiously.
I personally love the moisturizer. I have very dry skin and eczema and this is AMAZING! Not greasy at all and absorbs easily. Definitely noticed a difference in the winter time. It's worth the money.
neutrogena is the reason i’m comfortable moisturizing body. i’ve gone my entire life absolutely despising lotions and body creams, but the hydro boost body gel-creme and the norwegian formula hand cream are the exception. they’re both fast-absorbing and make body moisturizing much more tolerable
@@fredacharbel7510 I'm 64 and I am obsessed with the Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Serum. It feels silky on your skin. It has smoothed out and toned my facial skin. I use the Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Daily Face Cleanser in the foaming formula. I have oily skin and these products work well for me.
One thing to bear in mind when getting that gel cream, the extra dry/sensitive skin formula is fragrance free, the normal formula IS NOT FRAGRANCE FREE! And holy guacamole you guys, that fragrance is hella strong, I mistakenly bought the wrong one not too long ago. It made my eyes burn the smel was so bad lol. Just a friendly tidbit to help you in your buying 💖💖💖
I used Neutrogena SPF 45 just once (didn't realize it had fragrance) and had a TERRIBLE headache, my throat was itchy and my eyes started hurting. I didn't know what the cause of my headache was, but it occurred to me that it might have to do with the sunscreen. Sure enough, I found out that fragrances are a major cause of migraine. Now I'm extra careful not to buy anything with fragrance.
Cerave only recently available in Ireland so not as easy to find as Eucerin. My arid dry skin loves the urea repair rich replenishing face cream. The urea repair replenishing face cream is also good, just not as thick as greasy as Dr. Dray would say
I use the Neutrogena sensitive skin oil-free moisturizer & I absolutely love it. I stumbled upon it in the supermarket when I was browsing & I liked the ingredients. I'm kind of stoked now I came across it & use it. Never thought an actual dermatologist would also recommend it lol
I can vouch for the hydroboost gel cream👍- one without perfume- been using it for 6months, good product👌 very hydrating and not irritating to my skin. Thanks Dr. Dray used it because you recommend it😘💝
Me too! It goes on over my serum, but under my moisturizer w/SPF every morning. Dr. Dray is right; it's awesome, but I also find it needs another moisturizer on top of it to lock in the goodness.
I’ve been using it on my face, neck, and chest under my Cereve moisturizing cream for a couple months after seeing it recommended here. I’m happy so far.
I like the "series" videos for affordable products. I was hoping for the green screen background, just don't move too fast or your arms disappear. Happy Tuesday
Claire Marusin At night, I rub the cream & put gloves to sleep in overnight. My hands are so soft in the morning. I also use it on my lips too. It’s a great cream.
From what I could see, the eye cream has the exact same ingredients as the rapid wrinkle repair night cream and is the same price... but half the size. 🤷♀️
Part of the stinging prob comes from the cinnamon and cedar extracts... which are fragrance Cedrus Atlantica Bark Extract, Cinnamomum Zeylanicum Bark Extract
I used Neutrogena when I was a teen and then completely forgot about this. I'm glad to hear that their products are still doing well. Going to try it again. Thankfully they are affordable!
The neutrogena Norwegian formula fragrance-free hand cream has been my HG hand and lip cream for years, and I haven't seen anyone mention it before on RU-vid, or really anywhere else. It's such a hidden gem, it helped treat and soothe my childhood eczema. Also awesome to use underneath a lip balm for severely chapped/cracked lips, which I tend to get every winter (Canada lol).
I 😍love the hydro-boost gel uv protection with hyaluronic.I've been buying it since they came up with the hydro boost line.😍i'm addicted to your videos, you do an amayzing job🤗🤩
Dr. Dray, my son can’t tolerate any lotion or oil on his skin. His skin flares up. He gets tiny red boils. We tried neutrogena oil free moisturizer but it did not work either. Any other recommendation for oil free moisturizer? Thank you.
I’m using TO glycolic acid on my back to treat my back acne , I’m gonna use neutrogena oil free moisturiser on my back where my back acnes are most active.
Between the Neutrogena and the CeraVe retinol which is your fav? I’ve been using CeraVe and liking it but I might try Neutrogena next time out of curiosity.
Yes!! I LOVE the Norwegian hand cream. In the winter, my hands often become very dry and chapped to the point of bleeding. Normal creams weren't enough and vaseline is obviously really messy. I put this on at night and it helps tremendously.
I use Neutrogena oil free acne wash in the morning as per your recommendation, and while my face still wet immediately put gel moisturizer right after it. Never experienced dryness or flaking 😁 blackhead on nose also reduced
anna syddd great for you! I use it 3 times a week for exfoliating purpose 😁 on the other days i’m using cerave benzoyl peroxide cleanser. I think it would be too much for my skin if i exfoliate everyday, so maybe you want to start slow and see how your skin tolerate it! 💜
You can use it as a daily cleanser. Just see how your skin tolerates it. For me salicylic acid works better for getting rid of black heads and reducing oiliness.
I love you Dr. Dray. Thank you so much for this skin care education. It’s incredible to me that I can binge watch a Board Certified Dermatologist giving valuable information to us for free. Amazing. I am lathering on sunscreen because of you! Thank you!
Omg I used a Neutrogena face sunscreen and IT BURNED! I had scabs later, hurt so much. None of their other products hurt. I'm gonna try their sensitive one. Thanks for all you do
I have used the Neutrogena sensitive skin (liquid one ) she recommended for a bit and love it! Very gentle! For background, I have rosacea & am super sensitive to chemical filters, prone to dehydration. I live in a humid climate, but we’re drier w winter weather now and no problem at all. I am shocked! It dries kinda powdery smooth, doesn’t dry me out at all. She’s def right about the cast tho. Makeup or tinted sunscreen is a must (and I’m pretty darn fair).
I'm in desperate need of a new day and night moisturizer now I'm moving away from fragrance and this video is everything I need today. I've been so loyal to No 7 for 15 years but as someone with psoriasis I'm making the move to 100% fragrance free
My favorite is Cereve PM! I use for day and night. The Equate dupe is fragrance free. The pm used to be but now the bottle doesn’t say it. The equate says it. I love it. Ceramides and it’s so light.
I really like the CeraVe baby lotion as a day cream or night cream with squalane added. It contains niacinamide and vitamin E. My summer day cream is Soon Jung 10-free Emulsion and Soon Jung Sleeping Pack. Southern summers are too humid at times.
Assalaam Alaikum Dr. Dray. The best doctor in this world. Thank you for your priceless wisdom and saving us lots of money. We love you. Lots of love from Afghanistan 🇦🇫🇦🇫🇦🇫
I really klike Hydroboost body gel gream...i use to my face too..makes the skin soft and protected.Neutogena is one of my favorite among others.Greetings from Europe.
I have always been a huge Neutrogena fan, and all my life my dermatologists have recommended their products, including now as a 50 yr old!! Great info and product reviews, Dr. Dray!
Do you know if Neutrogena (and even other companies like Cerave) will send samples? I’m thinking of our mom’s who may already be retired and on a fixed income. This would be a great way for them to try without spending a ton of money and having to return product. I always feel weird returning product that I’ve tried but didn’t work for me.
Greetings Dr. Dray hope u r well n 🖐Hello Every1 n Happy Tuesday😀n what a Wonderful Vid.... thanks n All I can say is Neutrogena Rocks🔥👍n Continued Blessings to All💜....
The hyaluronic acid serum really dried my skin. To the point that it made my skin hurt. I switched to Pixi rose ceramide cream and it helped tremendously. Before that I had always had good experiences with Neutrogena.
Dr. Dray, I’d love to hear your take on the recently released study that physical sunscreens only reflect 5-10% of UV rays, and absorb the rest. LabMuffin and Dr. Vanita Rattan just made videos on this with opposing takes; it’s an interesting conversation.
I can't use some of these because they have Avobenzone . I found out it Burns my face less if I put Avobenzone on about 30 min-1hour after I wash my face .
Great video! I have used Neutrogena since I was a teenager. I am a big fan of Neutrogena Deep Clean cleanser. I recently added the fragrance-free body oil (on your recommendation) as the first step at night to remove my tinted moisturizer and sunscreen. Great addition, thank you!
Hi sorry to bother you but is it normal for some moles and freckles to change texture as some of the rest of your face does?? I’m a teenager and I used to have good skin but now my pores are visible and I have texture so I assume it’s normal for the skin on my moles and freckles to change as well and I think it is but I’m getting paranoid. Sorry about this it’s probably very annoying thank you so much.
Thank you so much doctor. I waited for this video for a long time and you nailed it. Was, am and will be a big Neurogena fan and every time I switched to another brand, I regretted it. Have a nice day.
I am starting to use the hydro boost gel and moisturizer along with other products that Dr. Dray recommended and I tell you my skin is getting better and better. 🥰
A good trick if you’re not a regular Walmart shopper - you can get it price matched at target (Walmart is usually a bit cheaper at regular price on the same products per usual their pricing strategy)
I would like you to review Susan Yaras Skincare line Naturium. She reviewed you- I am thinking about trying hers. Love to see what you have to say. Recently found your channel- refreshing and honest!!!?
I know, this is an old video, but I’ve just watched it and bought this Neutrogena body cream (light blue one), and it’s my new favourite! And I also found out, that it’s kind of nice on the face too! 😊
Neutrogena doesn't seem to be as extensive in the UK, compared to the recommendations.. at least on Boots which is where I think most would look first.
@@SM-bn4qw HI from Falkirk. When you order from abroad anywhere there is a chance of import shipping charges, but it's dependent on the value of the items. Over a certain amount delivery is free and when you consider how much cheaper some of the stuff is there than here - it can still be worth it. Hope that helps.x
Their products definitely sound great and I would try them.......but Neutrogena is not cruelty free. Cruelty Free Kitty is a website that shows which companies test on animals. It’s surprising.
The Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo is great. However, it does indeed have fragrance [even if it is not labeled / under the guise of “masking”]; albeit one that is quite nice & not “candyesque!” You are quite possibly the greatest of all RU-vid’ers! Thank you so very much for what you do for us all! Xx
i mean, putting aside the fact that this woman is a professional in this field/a literal doctor, i don’t recall hyram ever saying that neutrogena is “bad”, just that some of their products are better than others which comes with the territory of any brand.
I have a question: do you think products like the T-Sal can help prevent the appearance of sebaceous cysts on the scalp? Are there any studies about that? Thanks Dr Dray!
My skin can get oily with sunscreen, but I do find chemical sunscreens often burn and yet physical are often drying. Do you have a sunscreen recommendation for combo sensitive skin?
I always learn so much from you! Will definitely be trying some of these myself and getting some for my teen son to try as well (he has eczema and dandruff). Thank you! 🙏🏽💕
