Purdy has delivered, came into his first year late in the season and went undefeated until the NFCC then came in his 2nd year after surgery and helped bring the niners back to the big game y'all just hate to see the last pick of the draft succeed
you can’t say Allen has done nothing then put Herbert in you’re top 5. You also can’t have Purdy in the top 3 and Jalen Hurts not even on your list. You need to be more consistent on the criteria because it seems to be all over the place.
I personally have Allen over Herbert as well, but I can see Herbert getting the nod because his stats are insane, he's stuck in a division with Mahomes, and his Defense and Coaching have both been trash. They both have good weapons on offense, but Herbert's can't seem to stay healthy. When it comes to Hurts, I can see him falling out of the top 10 momentarily because he looked really pedestrian as a passer this year and most of his rushing TD's were from that Tush Push nonsense.
@@bobbyhiggins424Allen has to deal with mahomes in the playoffs where his team is always the one that loses and Josh Allen is carrying his entire team on his hack
Outplayed? You lose you didn't outplay anyone. Major difference. You blitz the Chiefs & Mahomes lit you up. We blitz Purdy, instant disaster for the 49ers. Huge difference. And nothing to due with punting. Stick with blaming the refs!
@@stevenvassalli2408how in the fuck is he blaming the refs when he said a muffed return at the 10 yard line which gave the chiefs a free td and Brock’s oline couldn’t block for him
Mahomes, Purdy, Lamar, Burrow (due to his injuries), CJ Stroud, Williams, Allen, Love, Goff, Herbert, what is the difference between Herbert and Allen? none just that Herbert never shows into the playoffs and the one time he show, he blew a Historic lead
So far this season, it's looking like Allen wants to prove that everyone was wrong about him. This may just be his year. I know it's early, but he sure is looking like the current best QB in the NFL so far.
Your take in Justin Herbert was fair and didn't suck. Now that he has Harbaugh I think he will climb. As for the Chargers, I can already see it in free agency...Harbaugh is building a team to keep Mahomes off the field. BOLT UP!!!
I’m late but yeah if someone doesn’t have Brock Purdy in the Top 5, they clearly didn’t watch him play or are still in high school. Lol. He has the 22nd ranked OL in pass protection in the league. 😂
@@painlesspersona5191 Appreciate it. Also there’s a handful of Elite Plays that didn’t make the highlights because someone dropped it or got called back. If you decided to make a QB video throw those in there it will shut everyone up. 😂
Putting Allen at 7 is one of those things where your telling me something without saying it, and that is that you just don't like the guy for some reason, like too many other people for reasons, especially when you place Herbert in front, who has only been to one playoff game, that he lost, Allen has accomplished a lot, setting records every year and productive as hell. I'm am old timer and the way people perceive QB's has shifted a lot, football was a team game and we celebrated players like Allen, we saw the talent and understanding that a championship doesn't rest upon the QB alone. Only one team, just one wins a Superbowl every year and you can't believe that the other 31 teams and thier QB's aren't successful because they don't win the championship, its ignorant and unrealistic. You need to broaden your definition of success, also, Allen's INT narrative is a little hyperbolic, Patrick Mahomes himself has had double digit INT's the last 3 seasons, including 14 last year and I am not putting down Patrick Mahomes, I'm providing context sorely lacking in these discussions. Allen has one of the lowest TD to Int ratio in the playoffs. Well I've rambled enough, if you did like Allen before, you won't like the guy now.
Pretty good but for next season Cj gotta be top 5. The teams around him is just gonna get better as young guys develop including Cj himself and through free agency and the draft. Stroud if he has a decently healthy team next year will be one of the best performing qbs in the league
Because Josh is a hell of a lot better than almost everyone above him on this list. I know it's early, but so far, he's looking like the best QB out there this season. This may just be the Bill's year.
@@browneyedgirlgb he does this every year tho, he looks like the best QB in the league, but always comes up short in the playoffs. Willing to excuse 2021, but other than that he just hasn't been that guy
Burrow ain't him and the Lamar disrespect is coming from a FOUL PLACE.. Burrow is still getting credit for beating Mahones and losing in the Superbowl??? Burrow threw 2 ints and lost to the chiefs in his last playoff game.. Lamar is 4-1 against burrow.. Burrow has never had 2tds in a playoff game nor has he threw a TD in the 4th qtr in the playoffs..The Lamar disrespect is CRIMINAL and the Burrow hype screams -W.HOPE..ridiclous..
I can agree with Lamar at 4, as a ravens fan I would want him at 3,2 maybe even 1st. But in my opinion he is way better then purdy maybe in a couple of years I can see it, but with a qb being carried by his team to the superbowl is not a three place reward
@Teemezony you yelling at the man for his opinion won’t help you. I’m a ravens fan and you little out burst is disrespectful and a bad view to the ravens fan base. Yes I think Lamar is better than purdy and burrow. But with both having Super Bowl appearances you can’t talk.
He is average at best. He is nothing without a superteam. Has the most help in NFL history and still couldn’t win the SB. He struggled in a really bad NFC conference against the packers and lions 💀🚮
My List for 2024 1. Mahomes 2. Burrow 3. Allen 4. Stafford 5. Jackson 6. Stroud 7. Prescott 8. Purdy 9. Love 10. Hurts 11. Herbert (would be higher if based on talent) 12. Goff 13. Mayfield 14. Tagovailoa 15. Lawrence
Not a bad list but definitely can't have Stafford over Purdy if you're looking at results over the last 2 seasons. Purdy has him beat in basically everything. Other than that though I can see the logic behind the choices.
Move Allen up a couple spots, ahead of Herbert and Stroud. Other than that I'd say you're spot on. Lots of recency bias but Purdy deserves the benefit of the doubt for now.
Ranking Purdy at 3 is absurd. I think he is a very good qb, but saying he’s better than honestly everybody else on this list is absurd. You can’t ignore his surroundings. He has arguably the best supporting cast in the NFL to help with a top 2 left tackle, a top 2 TE, two elite receivers, and the best running back in the league. Only Jalen Hurts has an arguably better supporting cast. Not to mention that Shanahan, even with his playoff chokes, is still an offensive genius, and got Jimmy G to the superbowl with worse weapons than Purdy has now. Again, not saying he’s bad, but 3 is ridiculous.

@@painlesspersona5191 that's fine . It's ur list. To say the man hasn't done anything in his career. Really 🤣😂😂😂😂. 7nfl records had 51 TOTAL- tds ( including playoffs) last year alone. Bruh ur salty
The crazy thing is, he's never actually had the most picks in a season. That's one record he has never held, in any of the seasons he's played. He IS, however, the only player in NFL history to have 40+ touchdowns in 4 consecutive seasons, and he's done a great job of taking care of the ball so far this season. Hopefully he can keep it up and prove a lot of people wrong.
Joe Burrow the most overrated QB in the league …He got hurt last year and his team got better …did anyone see a drop off when Browning took over ? I didn’t and I was at the game Baltimore when he came in for Burrow !
OK... I was not expecting much after your intro, and I may not agree 100% on where you placed one or two guys over another, but I have to agree with almost EVERYTHING you said. Subscribed.
Yall need to get prock purdy off this thumbnail hes the biggest choke artist how do u have deebo trent kittle McCaffrey and Brandon and not win a super bowl and you 49ers fans are delusional saying the bowl was rigged u dont make it to the nfl and not know overtime rules pathetic
Take Purdy off this list. This list was garbage. Purdy isn’t even top 15. Dude is trash without that superteam. He is 1-3 and looks like dog 💩 when losing just 1 of those 5 all pro offensive weapons. He will go down in flames when he gets paid and loses his team in 2025 and 2026
How people forget Hurts was an MVP candidate two years ago and took his team to the SB? No matter. Hurts bout to have his best year yet and lead the Eagles to SB and win it.
Joe burrow is gonna be one of the quarterbacks to be going into the season if he doesn’t get hurt again he’ll make us go to the playoffs because look what he did he beat the 49ers and he beat buffalo I’m telling you Joe burrow is one of the best quarterbacks in the league
Great picks for the top QBs, I grew up just south of Kansas City and have been a fan since the 2nd grade for better and usually for worse. Mahomes was the missing puzzle piece and with KC's defense and Kelce returning and Reid getting a contract extension, barring any major injuries and adding a few decent WRs, they should be competing for a Three peat this year.

@@bobbyhiggins424this is the biggest bag of BS I have ever seen. Talk about his OnTarget % and BadPass % cause they are both crap. His 5 all pro weapons bail out those crap passes and give him those stats. His weapons also lead the league in separation by a mile and I mean a mile! They have somebody wide open almost every play. They also only have 9 drops for the season which is the lowest by far. Don’t let those empty deceiving stats fool you. He is also 1-3 and looks like complete trash when losing just 1 of those 5 weapons. He ain’t that guy at all. Has never beaten a prime tier 1 QB. Lost to Mahomes Lamar and Joe Burrow. Calm down my guy he had Lamar at #4. Lamar was just that.... 4th in QBR this year, which takes into account passing and rushing ability. Lamar had a great season, but he only won the MVP because HIS #1 DEFENSE, picked off the MVP favorite at the time (Purdy) 4 times in a primetime game. Despite the fact that he's apparently injury prone, Joe Burrow has been consistently #2 on most QB Rankings lists I've seen for the last 2-3 years.
