I did all the things possible in the RU-vid videos the people give us! Two times a week washes Vitamins & lots of water Scalp massages Scalp oil Trying to be gentle - no more bobby pins or tight ponytails Scalp scrubs Washing my hair upside down No heat Braid at night with a silk cap & pillowcase

Also, leave in conditioner and remembering sometimes less is more Not sleeping with hair oil is better for my hair and my scalp

@@Nicole-Hopkins I do a lot of those but I'm going to start doing the rest . I need a good trim and then start scalp massage daily . I love my bonnets and silk pillowcase.
