Siargao, Philippines - Siargao Island is becoming one of the most popular travel destinations in The Philippines. Along with Boracay and Palawan, Siargao is a popular Philippines travel island because of their famous surf breaks and laidback atmosphere.
I'm not a very good surfer, so instead, I decided to eat my way around General Luna in between all the things to do in Siargao.
This is a list of my favorite places to eat in Siargao - From smoothies at Shaka and to Pizza at Kermit and grilled fish at Mama's Grill.

That Mango Float tho! You finished a whole tub! It's very easy to prepare and yes, it's delightful! 😃 I didn't know about the planned construction for an international airport in Siargao. 😐 I hope the local govt will strive for a nice balance between tourism and environmental protection. Garetheats is a great addition to your line-up. It's such a no-brainer that it's hard to believe you didn't think of it earlier. I sometimes think your love of travel is just an excuse to taste test food all over the world. But that's part of travel, too, isn't it? The tuna, eggplant, mahi mahi feast at 4:00...I wish I could have been there. I would have fought you for every bite. Another great video. Thanks.

Wow, man. Siargao Island looks like an incredible place to visit. The Green Out bowl and Shaka looks right up my alley! Haha, my mouth was actually watering as you showed it! The grilled tuna and mahi mahi looks heavenly, and the tacos and burrito at Miguel's look outstanding! Haha, I loved that little montage. I can only imagine how delicious the mango chicken curry at Homemade Taste was, and it's too bad you didn't get to try their veggie burgers, because they look great, too! And the entire spread at Mama's Grill looks like perfection! Looks like I need to add Siargao to my list of places I need to visit someday! Incredible video, man!

When I was there a few year's ago I stayed at Kalinaw, owned by a French couple. The food was sensational, so good in fact that all of the business owners used to come around and eat there. It was a lot less developed then, really felt frontier and oh so beautiful watching the waves come in.

Then you went and found some of the best looking mango chicken curry from a local place. Juan Almighty , I retired last year. Going on my 2 Nd year here in Philippines. Retiring early is well worth it . A laid back atmosphere from sunup to sundown. Really economical and most people are great

mangoes are just delicious, either ripe or green , green really craves me a lot, just dip it with salt and spicy vinegar, can be with fish sauce or the appetizing shrimp paste with chillis, yummy....

I just came back from Siargao, don’t miss out “Spotted Pig” cafe in general Luna! They have the best iced tea in the world! Also recommended their brunch! Definitely my favorite cafe/restaurant on this lovely island ❤️

My uncle (my mom's cousin) owns a restaurant in Siargao but I haven't been there like, ever... I don't even know the name of the restaurant but it looked gorgeous in the photos that my mom showed me lol. I wish to go there soon since they always invite us over for their annual fiesta.

Hi Gareth! I’m a new subscriber but have seen most of your videos already. I love that you made your way to the Philippines, my home country. If you’re going to immerse yourself in the culture though, you’re gonna have to learn to eat with your hands and with one leg up. Lol!
