I remember playing in Parque de Paloma as a child. We stayed a week in Benalmádena in my mother's friend's appartment. My first and best vacation anywhere south from Finland. It's now been 10 years and I hope I can soon visit again.

I’ve just got back from ten nights in Benalmádena last week and we visited all of these places!. Amazing!. I’m missing it and so want to go back now!!. We also spend time in Malaga, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Torremolinos.x :)
James Goodwin no it's not it's a great place, maybe a bit but if you've grew up there and been and met all the people, they're all lovely and not run-down at all.
Own an apartment there... Go there every year for 3 months.... The people are nice... There is some good bars but the majority of it is dirty.... Doesn't have the same atmosphere it once had.... Hence I said it's run down
James Goodwin I suppose a bit but once you get used to it it's amazing, I lived in Benalmadena as a child and can speak fluent Spanish, I didn't live anywhere near bonanza square but once I went every year I stayed in either Jupiter or Minerva and they're beautiful inside but not so much on the outside. Is that where you own an apartment?
