Most of the places Don't have trek except few like wei sawdong. Double decker root bridge

Kynrime waterfall it has not trek but should be visited during rainy season

That would be very hard u know, if ur travelling alone or with someone then I would suggest u hire a scooty Or a bike from shillong and explore, this way it will be more cheaper
