Damn, that’s my home place. @4.22, it is Indian Institute of Advance Studies, a place of History and social study scholars. It also houses the rich historic legacy of almost 200 years. It was Presidential retreat house too but post 2nd Indian President it was provided to Phd scholars . Shimla was also the summer capital of British India at that time.
