I think Timetagger should be there bc he was really powerful. (I definitely agree with Cat Blanc being #1 because he can destory the universe in a few seconds)

Claw noirs wasn’t actually as big his was strong but Plagg without holder is stronger while Cat blanc could’ve broke the main universe that has the close aus like the original chat blanc Mr bug and lady noir scarebella and kitty noir you get it but yeah claw noir isn’t that strong

Ngl i think lady wifi was powerful since she could make them freeze and take their miraculous easily maybe if lady wifi wasn’t alya then she would of been quite powerful
Stormy weather and evilillustrator r actually both really powerful villains if you think about it like evilillustrator could change reality with a pen and stormy weather 2.0 made a volcano strong enough to push earth away from the sun and if she wasn’t stopped she would have made earth inhabitable and everyone would slowly die from hypothermia
FR like that dosent make sense shadow moth had all the miraculous(basically all) but still could not make a villain who got him the ladybug and cat miraculous

Volpina found the miraculous and used it when she was akumatized which can be seen when Rena rouge uses her power of illusion which volpina had as an akumatized villain
I feel like The Mime is also one of the strongest villains because he can literally make anything he thinks of come to life, but the issue is that they didn't show his potential😶

Honestly I think puppettier was actually really powerful if you look back at the episode she had so many chances to control ladybug with the doll (which obviously the writers didn’t do bc then there would be no plot but still) she already had cat noir controlled so all she had to do was say “ladybug come to life”
What about Party crasher he's the only vilain who actually defeated Ladybug and cat noir alongside a couple of other heros and he's the closest to almost give their miraculouses to Hawk moth.
Yan loushi he is also the strongest villain. He turned hawk moth and cat noir into ashes in the Shanghai special.... And ladybug also was not able to defeat yan loushi she needed the power of prodigious to win.....😅 But no one is talking about this much powerful villain😢
I forgot her name but when Sabrina gets akumatized and can turn invisible- I feel like she would be one of the most powerful since she was so close to just taking ladybug’s miraculous but apparently ladybug as spidee sense

The fact syren is on this and not miracular she literally has catnoir and ladybugs power plus she can make any weapon or item she wants and fuse it with cat noirs cataclysm which is so cool
