Thank you! Yes you can! I had all of these installed at the same time. I run a server with two overhaul mods and many, many other mods. I'll be doing a video later on using war3zuk with sorcery. Thanks for being my first commenter!

so im very curious how do i run 2 mods at once i use the 7dtd mod laucher by sephii and idk how to use two at once

No mod launcher is needed. You just make a folder named "mods" in your 7 days to die installation location and drop the mods into the folder. The game will then auto load any mod in that folder. I can make a quick instruction video for you if would like it.
