6:46 It's funny you bring this combo up. I run an Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin deck and it was built to do two things. Make treasures & ping for one. I have included a ton of stuff that pings for one such as Mana Barbs, Impact Tremors, Barbed Wire, Spiteful Visions, Mirkwood Bats, Reckless Fireweaver, Disciple of the Vault, Battle Strain, and Kederekt Parasite just to name a few. I once won a game on turn 4 with the combo you mentioned here. People HATE that deck, but it is fun to play with once in a while, and only one game with it.

Rowan combo is very risky. Her ability is sorcery speed, so in response of paying life to wall opponent can deal with her without durability to activate discount ability. But it is fun anyways

That Revel in Riches combo would be better if you have an opponent with a wide board or your opponents happen to have ten or more creatures on board and you play an instant speed board wipe just before it becomes your turn.
