Galatoire`s looks like a family house, quite comfortable for my tastes, with very colorful and tasty dishes and with a very professional waiter service. It is the perfect combination between the traditional and the innovative. I think it is one of the best options to visit in New Orleans.

They all look good environments and with very gratifying services but the one that caught my attention and I would like to visit is Melba`s. It looks like a family business from the first moment I saw it, but the calm and homey atmosphere it projects makes it ideal to have a good time with your friends while enjoying their best dishes.
