Good video. I would say for new players gather your fruit bushes and the trees into one area (i used an expanded Mickey's garden. It makes it almost a "grocery store" so every time you oass by you can collect what' grow several tines a day on many of them. Then store or sell them. It' resource money management. Gets them faster because you see them more often than having to go to the individual biomes to collect them.
10:35: one thing about mannequins you should add in Part 2: To use male AND female mannequins, you change your avatar’s gender. That’s something not readily known.
Not gonna lie, as someone who’s played the game since the first maybe second week of early release I only discovered fast travel after Serroh did a video after the Eternity Isles expansion was released. Mind was blown 🤯, I’ve used it every since and life has been so great. Thanks Serroh❤
Also, I originally played on PlayStation 5 so that may have been part of the reason why I didn’t know. I didn’t get my Alienware until November but from what I understand, fast travel has been a part of the game for a long time or maybe since release.
One thing I recommend doing for new players is always have villagers follow you! Depending on what task you have them set to, have them follow while your doing said task. It helps level them up and we’ll as give you double rewards
I agree. I finally caught on, just have Merlin follow you as he is needed in so many quests. I joke now that the "M" on my keyboard is for Merlin and not map because I was always looking for him.
In my opinion, Prince Eric's "stall" is one of DDV's best kept secrets. Hope they'll add more blueprints in a future update. Tbh, I hope we won't need those Mysterious Flowers for a future quest or something as I've sold most of mine thinking they were respawning items 😢
One suggestion for part 2, is to tell people about how the dark chests are all connected and are a way to transfers your items while away from your storage. I accidentally figured out wayyy too late in the game that I could buy multiple dark chests from Scrooge, place them in each biome, empty my pockets into them whenever my pockets got too full, and then when I go to my house or storage area I can open a dark chest there and empty them into whichever chests ive set up for each category. It makes it so much easier to play without having to keep going back home or to my storage area.
So when you don't have food to make dishes for energy at begining of the game,best way to do is unlock Remy's realm first ,youll have unlimited food you can use there,only thing you can't do is bring it out of the realm,so cook dishes and eat them to bring up your energy and drop the dishes on the ground in the realm to use whenever you need to bring your energy to max yellow,i did this back when i had limited resources and it helped me alot.

didn't know about hold for bulk sell playstation fast travel, hold square recently learned about the pet in your house trick but it didn't always work or took several tried to get the pet out on PS4 you can also manually sort your chest and inventory. to do it, move to the item you want to move from it's current place to a new place. when over that item hold the button that selects it and brings up the eat, drop or split menu. while holding that button you can drag the item to a new place in your bag or chest, even placing it over another item and the 2 will swap. on PS you have to use the left analog stick to move the item, if you try to use the D-pad you'll just move over to the next item in whatever direction you press
Great tips! I just want to add that making fruitcake (3 fruit and 1 wheat) it’s the easiest to make and gives a lot of energy/luck! I use gooseberries or dreamfruit for the most energy.
One thing I did learn from this video is about the tree at the well in the plaza. I will check mine the next time I get on. Thanks for this video and the others.

Will you please make a tutorial on how to use Touch of Magic at some point? I don't really know how those tools work and would like to learn more I saw you make the rainbow road using a rug. I would love one on dreamsnap tips. Still struggling with those and how to achieve the beautiful lighting and many other things I see in the dreamsnaps. I saw several recently that had the snap dividend with three beautiful colors lighting up the sky in sections. How???? Lol! As a newish player, it is a struggle!
