I enjoy your videos very much. They are very educational. Another short run would be the 1966 red series 100 dollar United States note. Also, there was the 1935 series one dollar note with the red R and Red S on the obverse. I believe this was an experimental run of about one million each that didn’t work out very well because they were hoarded. Anyway, keep the videos coming.
Thanks for watching! I have those notes you mentioned as well. The R and S notes were identical (the R notes anyway) to the regular 1935s. That series ran for a long time. I thought about including the 1966 $100 but since it was the only note produced, I didn't think of it as a "series", just more of a one time note. But they would both have strong arguments to be in this list!
Tylonn Platinum the 3rd Those are just replicas. The watermelon books at over $20,000 and the grand watermelon is a multimillion dollar note. Maybe some day!😁😎👍
Nice stuff. You need to get that 1896 $5 Ed graded. It needs a mylar slab. No 1923 LT $1? ;) Love the poker chip, it will be part of my collection someday. Anyhow, thanks for sharing!
The 1896 $5 isn't really in that good of condition. Maybe someday. As far as the 1923 LT, I kind of included all of the 1923 notes in that particular ranking. I just didn't show every one. I could almost do a top 10 on just 1923!
I tend to pull the middle series notes (big head with ovals) if it isn’t in too bad of shape because those are the ones I grew up with so a bit nostalgic for me and as you said they’re getting harder to find in good condition. Thanks for another great video!
CM Silver Just an honorable mention. Everything about it is special except that it is virtually indistinguishable from regular notes. It’s more of an experimental note than a separate series. Thanks for watching!👍😁
