One of my favorite stadiums by design is Dalian Suoyuwan stadium (I believe it used to be called just Dalian port city stadium). The funny thing for me is that as I was younger, I imagined a stadium with this infinity circle exterior and ideally near a body of water. And years later I came across this stadium on RU-vid and I was fascinated by the fact it was likely to be build and it is actualy standing now. Even better, the main colour of the stadium is light blue, one of my favorite colours.
