Huge fan of the franchise. So sad it’s coming to an end with dead reckoning part 2. Great idea bringing Henry Czerny back as Eugene Kittridge from the first movie.
While Mission: Impossible may be ending with Part 2, I am glad it's going out in a blaze of glory as opposed too just a simple lame whimper. I have full faith in Tom Cruise and Christopher McQuarrie's ability to keep us on the edge of our seats before blasting us straight out of them!
The competition won't be a big threat. Indiana Jones is weak , Barbie is too Queer , Oppenheimer is really more of a Fall movie. This is the perfect film series for Tom Cruise to end his career on a high note. I'M IN.
Tom and Keanu are really the last two living Hollywood action stars. Both admire their craft and put in the hardwork. They love making movies for the audience
Speaking of returning characters, I wouldn't mind seeing Nyah Nordoff-Hall, Maggie Q, Jeremy Renner, Paula Patton, and Angela Basset will come back in some form. Either they're in the movie or there's an easter egg of their existence, something.
Its time to worry for Ilsa Faust , let's hope she not going to die in those upcoming Mission Impossible films , the key scene in the desert and specially the Venice bridge scene alarming all of us
Oh please no! 😢she is such an amazing character and Rebecca Ferguson is phenomenal in her execution. I love her fighting style and yet shows such vulnerability and gentle caution throughout. She changed the movies for me. I did hear she has an awesome sword scene in this one! U could be right though……
Wheather you agree or not Tom cruise is literally the face of Hollywood cinema, in a era where all major studios are streaming movies directly to ott platform this man's dedication to entertain the audience on big screen is keeping movies alive. #Whatalegend
No one has explained how the train crew was killed leaving no one to shovel coal into the fire but the train still managed to keep going at full steam even up hill where you would have to shovel like a mad man!😅
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to go see this movie when it is released on Wednesday, July 12th during this summer. Now say the words, please.
Yes I will TOTALLY be accepting my mission! Also you may want to do another list for part two, just fyi. Also hoping that Tom Cruise's back yard is featured meaning Western New York.
I hate how it’s a 2 parter. It’s 2023, we’ve moved past making 2 parter movie finales, only times I liked it was with Deathly Hallows and Infinity War before it became Infinity War and Endgame in 2017
Can’t wait to accept the mission to see it multiple times. When the second part is finished and they give us a total collection of all the movies I will get it. I think the mission impossible franchise will still be around after the Hunt story arc is done cause we never know if someone is going to try and take a long lost world war1/2 project and revive it with current or future tech that only the most hardcore spy team can stop it.
I was really hoping the character of Jeremy Renners (William Brandt) will make an appearance but maybe due to accident, that will be too much to ask. But nevertheless, excited to see this new movie from this franchise ^.^
1:48 i say mission impossible will have no problem, Barbie won’t share the audience while Oppenheimer seems more of history buff and nerd movie than it. I think the audience overlap with those shouldn’t be too much
one question tho... WHERES JEREMY RENNER??? yea he was in the 4th and 5th one not in the 6th one same as why he wasnt in the infinity war one but shot another film called tag and then returned for endgame and hawkeye. also glad he's ok and fine after the sad snowplow incident.
The rabbit foot is a biological hazard in MI3 and it was a genetic modified disease and its antidote in MI2. Are they the same thing? if so, it is the only thing that they kept hanging in MI movies in order to come back in these 2 parts.
I'm really starting to wonder if Tom Cruise isn’t addicted to the stunts! Jeez, somebody should talk to the guy about that. Wouldn't want to watch Tom Cruise still doing these movies at 71!
Idk… for me personally (and no this doesn’t have to apply to anyone else of course) the series really isn’t that good anymore. This and Fast&Furious have, in my personal books outlived their welcomes. I think the last MI I watched was 3 or 4 and I haven’t felt like I missed anything personally
Just watched it at Australian premiere. Whilst it's good in some way, certainly not as good as Fall Out. The villan Gabriel is very weak and that 'biggest stunt in cinema history' doesn't look that epic or biggest by any definition. I highly doubt if it can surpass Fall Out in success and profit.
