The gameplan is I think one of the best parts of the gameplay. My brother and I have been playing this game since it opened up and we figured put our strategies with our two teams: Wonderwoman & Taz Superman, Tom and Jerry With Wonderwoman and Taz are game play is to fight as closely to eachother as possible. With her shield granting ability and Taz's spin and fight cloud that I can jump into it behooves us to stay together as much as possible. With Superman, Tom and Jerry it's the complete opposite approach. My bro staves off both opponents as best he can while I set up shop and blow them away by flinging Jerry, Dynamite and tennis balls at them. This in conjunction with the perk system just keeps us trying to come up with the best game plan for our two teams. The game is great

I just got the game today mostly because I love Steven universe as a show and I wanted to try him as I used to love smash bros so this seemed like a great excuse to download multiversus. he’s fun to play for me thus far and I’m going to try and collect as many of his cosmetics as possible lol

Bro playing bugs bunny like a hybrid of bruiser and mage is really underrated, his up air is actually cracked and you can use 2 rockets for one cooldowns to get them back and set up

I’m really liking it, I’ve tried smash a few times and it felt so delayed and the movement was so clunky, this game feels so good. Literally have had NO latency on my inputs at all (well at least noticeable).

The video made everything sound so simplified and balanced. Forgot to mention how some characters in their class don't live up to their role all that well and either need some buffs or the opposite where some characters have too much of something and need a nerf.

I don't know if it's my controller but I can't use directional dodge. Even when I'm holding the control stick in a direction I dodge in place. Does anyone know a fix for this?

I dont understand what benefits the assassins have over the bruisers? Bruisers just seem straight better, ko'ing earlier and taking less. Maybe im confused?

i play harley and i like to play keep away with my bombs and balloon bombs and when i connect i can follow up with mad dmg and juggle the hell out of them, she feels more like a zoner to me that way

2V2's in multiverse feels devoid of any skill. People mash buttons, dont do for comboes, and when you do, they just get interupted

This is the first fighter style game I’ve played for more than a couple games I was doing well in the beginning but now that I have 6 or so hours of play time I’m getting put against absolute sweat balls. I barely know what I’m doing and they’re hitting me with combos that do 40+ damage. I’ve been playing Arya and just can not get a win anymore lose like 8 games in a row and shut off the Xbox to try to learn how to play this game.

Just a note: you don’t NEED a game plan. I win most of the time and I never go in with a plan, some people have the brain to where they can simply just adapt to the enemy’s play-style and change there’s as needed.

this game is really fun to me... it feels nostalgic.. im a 90s kid that played smash when i was young but never got into it competitively... but now i like competitive games, the problem im having is not understanding why im getting hit instead of me hitting my enemy... it will look like i started an attack first and about to hit simple jab but then somehow my shit doesnt hit and i get hit first... is it a timing issue? or spacing issue? i just dont know but thats my biggest problem right now, getting hit while in the middle of an attack.
