No Luke hes not underated..If Heats played for a top 6 club he would have been Englands no.1 a long time ago...We should have him back soon, mind you Popey has done a brilliant job standing in for Tom.
I still don't understand why he is not England's number one he is so great and FIFA still doesn't see it either he definitely deserves a minimum of 82 rating
