Depends on the country's music. I listen to a lot Japanese music and the majority of their rap has a nice beat, nice rythem to voice, mostly no swearing, sometimes usefull topics, barly anyone in Japan sings about illegal things in rap, even the hardest rappers in Japan are mostly soft people (or at least do not fake they would be criminals or would party all night like many rapper in the west do), don't overpower their music videos with expensive watched or expensive cars, ... besides a few examptions almost all rap in Japan is enjoyable
