Swift does not pay while in school. After you get your cdl they pay 650 per week with mentor. They front the cost of you hotel and 8k in tuition. (Crazy inflated cost) After your 1st check otr you pay back 50.00 per week for 1 year for cdl school and 50.00 for 6 mo for hotel. After 1 year your free of the contract. This is my 4th week after upgrading to my own truck with swift. I started the class mat 13th 2024.
@@missyclark9918 Go up from what? I just started so I have nothing to compare it to. I'm averaging about 800 take home per week. My plan is to get this first year done and get my own truck next year.
