Yes that’s enough time to spend in Medinah but make sure you get the SIM card for your phone as soon as you land in Saudi. Than start booking slot for visit to roza ( raiz ul Jannah) for women and umrah.

It’s best to take cash with you as they charge some kind of extra fee on using cards. Specially if your going for gold shopping and you want to use card, it’s best to take cash with you.
