I don't recommend playing with these magnets too rough, they are brittle and break easily, especially with larger ones and non-spherical shapes.

You don't want to use a magnet to hang a flashdrive, or any electronic guys. The magnetics will destroy the software. If the product says magnet safe, then feel free to risk it. Otherwise, you'll probably lose all of the data on your device.

I use mine to hold chest towels and back towels for hygiene. While traveling, I sweat a lot (tropical country issues, I know it sucks) and I use towels to keep me and my shirt dry. My towels don't fall off while I chase public transportation! Sweet!

I sue them to hold down keys on a flat old keyboard i have with magnets under the keys... It doesn't break the keyboard, and even if it didn't, then i would buy another one with only 5 dollars... Its good for walking across flat areas in video games by putting magnets on the shift, and W keys.

alright losers heres 10 WAY BETTER uses for magnets: 1: attach them to an rc car. rap the car in a plastic bag and run it around at the beach for a bit. the bag will be covered in iron dust if the magnet is strong enough 2: get a copper tube drop the magnet down it. the magnet will fall at a very slow rate due to ordinary magic 3: placing a very strong magnet under your car makes it more likely that traffic lights will see your car(i've been told) 4: anything you dont see in this video 5:mix olive oil and the dust you got from the beach and put it on a plate. put the magnet under the plate and you will create a hedgehog 6:if you have spherical magnets try to roll them past eachother in parallel. they will attract together and spin very fast for at least a minute 7:wipe your macs hard drive. I hate macs. they suck. 8:wind up some copper,move the magnet near the copper and it will make electricity 9:cause global warming: earths magnetic waves are said to deflect harmful radiation. with enough magnets you could neutralize it 10:fish for metal stuff

As a voice of reason, I find it absolutely hilarious that so many people are freaking out about the USB! Heads up, if you have a computer/drive that has moving parts, then yes, keep it as far from magnets as possible. But if it is a Solid State Drive/USB aka 'anything that isn't really old,' then magnets are free soil.
