Jonas those ten were amazing that Crescent is so important everytime i spin that record I discover something different John and Elvin are so I tune with each other McCoy piano works beautifully. Lee Morgan Sidewinder is another classic you hear that Record you can vision yourself walking in New York City as that album plays Happy New Years Jonas I really enjoyed this episode. Lovellandrew

Crescent is a top 3 Coltrane album for me. Maybe his most beautiful playing this side of A Love Supreme. Outstanding finds Jonas especially the Ian Carr.
Belladonna has been under the needle a lot 2021. Such a magical record. And I got three Nucleus at the same time. Awesome records also but dident take the top spots. Great year. Crescent is also a favorite of mine. Feels like a record where Coltrane really found his new sound and mastered it. Hope you had a great new years. Skål! 😀

Fantastic top 10 Jonas. I love Belladonna too, I bought a reissue last summer.Trying to listen to more British Jazz, it offers so much..have you heard Mike Taylor , particularly the track To Sergovia, absolutely magical. Hey hey Jonas. You always have the cool stuff :) Never heard before of Jan Duinman before. I need to learn more about musicians from my home country. Going to check the record out later. I’m sorry to hear that. I also had some struggles but as you say, life goes on. Music and records has really been one of the biggest highlights for me besides my family and my work. Hope your troubles are over and that your 2022 will be the best one ever!
