K0zme yeah but Minerva made a deep cut on her leg with her ax, her leg was too injured to climb fast enough and that’s the reason Clementine got bit. If Clementine didn’t have a bummed leg caused by Minerva’s psychotic ax swing, Clementine wouldn’t have gotten bit, and would’ve still had her leg.
I’m sorry but in what way is Arvo a “good person” like why did mike and bonnie steal the groups supplies just for some Russian kid who tried to rob them, that aggravated me in season 2
Just Some Loch Ness Monster on RU-vid they only killed his family in self defense, it was Arvo’s idea to rob the group so he got his family killed and not only that he shot an 11 year old girl with what is most likely a 30 Caliber magnum hunting rifle so yeah it kind of speaks for itself
@@justsomelochnessmonsterony8265 Ya know i would feel something for Arvo didn't give Clem constant death stares mand creepy looks. He's mad at Clem for shooting his zombie sister, completely forgetting that he instigated the whole ambush even if i didn't rob him. I showed sympathy towards and told Kenny to stop mistreating him and he STILL shoots Clem. Fuck Arvo!
@The Nova renaissance to me, Kenny was one of the best characters. He also had his reasons for killing these characters. He dropped the saltlick on Larry because he had a heart attack and Kenny didn't want him to turn. He bashed Carver's face in because he was an awful man who deserved it. He killed Jane because he though she had gotten A.J killed. Don't see how that makes him unlikable, but I respect your opinion and I'm not trying to change it. Just giving my own.
Even though Nick killed Matthew, I still liked him. He had a load of potential, and we knew more about his past more than any other cabin group survivor.
yeah. Nick did make me angry sometimes, but I never hated him. He just did what he thought was right, and knowing what to do in some of those situations must have been hard. So I’m not surprised that he shot Mathew. It could’ve looked like Mathew was pointing a gun at Luke and Clem.
Eleanor is my least favorite my god she dropped the ball hard bro and she acted as if she did it for the greater good, despite the fuckery that was going on behind scenes with the New Frontier.
@@ClairvoyantDreams358 I'm talking about the new characters. I personally didn't like Javi, nor did I care about the entire situation happening Ava was decent but I personally am a Paul fan.
Honestly the 180 betrayal of Eleanor made me hate her so much and then putting the blame of all the resulting death on Javier... it made mit hate her so much and it was so sudden/out of character, like did she forgot that Joan ordered the raid on her home?
@DomTheBomb Indeed, I loved this entire list but Eleanor is a snake. She seemed nice at the start but was just out there for herself and, even though a lot of people were selfish, she was more selfish than Carver ngl.
@@ThatOneBroncosFan Eleanor's character is weird one. Her sudden betrayal makes no goddamned sense on what was established before, but she suddenly goes 180 out of nowhere and becomes despicable. Originally, the idea on why Eleanor betrays Javi and the group was because she was Joan's daughter, but they scrapped that idea because they thought family connections were getting ridiculous. Cool, but they removed any context of her betrayal and writers just make her hypocritical snake out of nowhere.
I hated episode 1 Larry so very much. Then he was partially softened and given some really good dialogue at the farm but then he died. Even though overall I don't like him and Lee is a God, to be fair to Larry as it relates to Lee, he knew Lee was a killer. If I was Larry and I saw a convicted killer join our group, I'd probably not give him the benefit of the doubt either.
To be honest, I think Ben should get less hate than he deserves. I know he killed Katjaa, Duck, Carley/Doug, and was responsible for Kenny's depression, but the kid isn't a demon. I just feel like he's misunderstood. He's a kid and was trying to do what he thought was best for the group. I saved him in Episode 4 because I felt like he deserved another chance.
@Oong The Last Airbender You're turning to the Dark Side... because of your own hate, anger, fear... Just like Anakin Skywalker from Star Wars - Episode 3. I can also say the same about Kenny, he was WAY too much like Anakin Skywalker from Star Wars - Episode, too. Kenny loses his wife and son because of Bandit Raiders, just like when Anakin loses his mother because of Tusken Raiders, which drove him into deep anger and sorrow. Like Yoda mentioned: "Fear is the path to the Dark Side. Fear leads to anger. anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering..." Then he worries about losing Sarita, too, having nightmares about her. Thanks to Kenny's own hate, anger, fear... and all of the evil decisions he made, looting station wagons, pretending that Duck was going to be "fine" after being bit on the waist, wanted Ben gone because he only wanted to feel better, abusing a Russian teenager... it drove him over to the Dark Side, turning into a Sith.
The following is mostly based on Oong's appraisal of Ben. Ben was a high school student, not a college student. 18 at the most and likely younger. He's a typical awkward teen that is a bit of a screw up. He's an exceedingly normal character in an abnormal game world. In real life he'd get the opportunity to grow and mature, be allowed to make mistakes and learn from them in time. In this abnormal game world, he doesn't get the time to do that though, however he can't just turn off who and how he is and be the hero of the story. Like most teens he'll screw up but sadly there are more dire consequences in this game world. Also don't discount the crap that he went through, before the group took him in. He saw a ton of people die, possibly even witnessed someone he knew being raped by bandits.
Im glad you didnt put Marlon here, cuz he is not a bad person and he is very interesting character. If he didnt die, he would make the story wayyyy more interesting. Also Clem and Aj would be dead if it werent for Marlon. So we can thank to god he was there. You can try to be a kid leader with no leadership skills leading 30 more kids during Z apocalypse.
Marko Parko that’s true that they are alive thanks to him. Had he not been shot, Clem did promise they would make things work. But Tenn pointed out that if he remained the leader, they all would either be dead or captured, so they all are actually safer with Clementine.
Marlon was one of my favourites. Yes, he blamed Clementine that she killed this girl (I forgot her name), but he was just too scared to loose his friends.. I understand him, very well, I wish AJ didn't shoot him.. He was a very nice guy, rest in peace
I genuinely think Tenn should have been on this list, He seemed like a character with a lot of potential and I liked how he had a different view on walkers and the world the characters lived in. But he took his morals too far and put people in danger because of it. The bridge scene was a prime example of this, how he believed Minerva’s vision even though she was withering away, and he knew that. He also ran out towards Lilly leading to get Mitch killed, he was a character I liked at the start but his actions made him a huge liability and person that was slowly losing their mind without knowing it themselves
@R. W But think about this. He got Mitch killed. And he was gonna get Louis/Violet killed by the walkers. AJ shooting him was a hard call and we had to trust him.
@R. W Technically, it is. He recklessly ran into Lilly when the raiders invade the school and got Mitch killed, and he, not noticing that Minnie is no longer his sister, were running into a horde of walker on the bridge, getting Violet/Louis killed. AJ had to shoot him to save one of the two.
Eleanor should be on here. She’s a bigger snake than Bonnie. At least Bonnie owned up to it, but Eleanor really has the audacity to blame Javier for everything going down when if she didn’t tell Joan the plan, nothing would’ve happened. Boy I was so over her bs
I agree with you tho. She had been nice to Clem before the end of the season and apparently cared about her. I was kinda shocked when people are hating on her because of her last decision :(
Characters that weren’t villains, but got on my nerves and got others killed Gabe - A nuisance, hated the force-ship with Clem, & why didn’t they kill him off instead of his sister? Eleanor - Backstabber and gets others killed because of her actions.
Kenny was WAY too much like Anakin Skywalker from Star Wars - Episode. So, HE's the worst. Kenny loses his wife and son because of Bandit Raiders, just like when Anakin loses his mother because of Tusken Raiders, which drove him into deep anger and sorrow. honestly Larry would have died anyway soon because of the condition he had. since there were no hospitals anymore there's no way he'd be able to make it long.
I personally would replace Sarah with her father bc he is the reason she was the way she was and the reason she died, you can assume Sarah may have had mental issues of some sort and that's probably why he wanted to protect her, but it should have been more of a reason for him to teach her how to defend herself in this type of world, like did he think there will always be someone around to hold her hand? That he would always be around to shelter her from what was actually going on? It makes me sad bc she could have been Clem's best friend :( also he was as much of a dick Nick was when Clem first showed up asking for help
Clem, Kenny & Lee were the only characters I fully connected with across the 2 seasons I played. I didn’t play New Frontier onwards because of bad word of mouth.
DanTheMan 2150AD I hated season 3... (Bit unnecessary x’D , unless you’re a stranger things fan) It felt like that one episode in stranger things where Eleven meets Number 8 (I’m pretty sure?) and the other members of a gang. My point is , that season felt useless . Season 2 to season 4, would’ve worked still rather well.
I think a lot of people hate Minerva unfairly. She's one of the best written character. It shows that in this world not everyone has a redemptive arc. Some people are just broken. Sarah also showed it, but Minerva actively put others in danger
I agree with your point, with regards to Minerva but one of my main problems with this series, is that there should have been more redemptive arcs. Certain characters begged for it but their deaths ended up being mostly unsatisfying. For example, Ben was a screw up and the character was begging to go out in a brave sacrifice, redeeming himself by saving others. However his 2 deaths were 'I've given up, let me die.' and the other was part of a redemptive arc for Kenny instead.
I hate her as a person, but I love her as a character. She is the epitome of Clementine's opposite. Like, for one, there's a reason why her eyes are a cold blue whereas Clementine's is a warm hazel.
Carver from season 2 should been number 2 most hated in my opinion in which I'm surprised he's not on the list. Sure I agree Larry deserves to be on the hated list but you have to admit Carver was worse than Larry. Carver kidnaps people, treats them like slaves, and acts like he's helping out with the walker situation when he only cares about is himself.
When the baby was born though, you can predict it was Alvin's baby all along because he looked nothing like Carver. Which is the reason they decided to name the baby Alvin Junior also known as AJ. Since AJ looked more like Alvin, both him and Rebecca probably already did it before Carver raped Rebecca. But the rape part, threatening an unborn child to die, and beating Kenny's face with the radio is another reason why he should be number 2 on the hated list.
Bonnie is a terrible character in my eyes. She got Luke killed. Luke said heeeeey don't come over here. He wanted Clem to cover him while he tried to get out. Bonnie still went over and tried to save him.
The worst part is that after player decided to cover Luke and after that broke the ice in result saved Bonnie's life she blames Clem for Luke's death. That's why I always after I cover Luke let Bonnie die.

I would trade Gabe for David as the worst character. -David kicks out Clementine for "stealing" and "wasting" when she trying to help a love one... AJ. -Then he takes AJ away from her and acts like a dick to her when she is hurting. -Doesn't do the same with Dr. Lingard when he does the same thing except he did it for more selfish reasons. -Expects Javier to not care for Clementine. -Neglects and never fights for his family.
@@angeldust3676 Well the fact that she betrayed the group period is one of the reasons why i never liked her...but to be honest ever since i first saw her in 400 Days, she always gave me the feeling that she traitorous type.

Arvo (Season 2):* Because he shot Clementine. *9. Minerva (Season 4):* Because she betrayed Clementine and her group and she tried to kill Clementine, AJ and Louis/Violet. *10. Dee (400 Days DLC):* Because she put Leland and specially Bonnie in danger, stealing stuff from Roman’s group. *Honorable mentions:* *Bonnie (400 Days DLC and Season 2):* Because she betrayed Clementine twice. *Mike (Season 2):* Because he betrayed Clementine. *Ben (Season 1):* I don't hate Ben, and I know he wasn't a bad kid, but because of his bad choices during the game, Carley/Doug, Katjaa, Duck, Chuck and Brie were killed.
I'm not 100% on the lore but didn't Ben's deal with the bandits keep them from attacking the group after the St John's farm got overrun? Not saying it didn't end badly (and that there weren't points where he could and should have told the group to lead towards the best possible outcome) but there's a decent chance it kept them all safe just a little bit longer, at least long enough for Kenny to fix the RV.
@@supremexeditz253 I think you're remembering wrong. Ben is introduced way before their death and is the reason because Carley/Doug got killed because he didn't fess up to being the one taking supplies
Badger is probably worse than Bonnie but the difference is that badger is not afraid to show it while Bonnie keeps things in secrecy while being manipulative.
@@TheRookie01010 U already know what to expect from someone like Badger but ppl like bonnie are unpredictable. I rather expect something happening then not at all
Nick was already lose before Pete. Pete dying just made things worse. He seems like the guy who would get mad easily at things like you said. Remember when Clementine, Pete, and Nick where walking to the river and Pete started criticizing him? Yeah nick seem to have gotten pretty mad at that. I honestly vouch for him since all he wanted was to just end it all. It isn’t his fault he was so sad and depressed. Again losing Pete made things worse. I have seen some pretty good moments with him that sparked his true personality. Most of them being sad but in those moments you can really see how lovable and hurt he was. You can see how much he cared and wanted to help. To clear his name of being the screw up in the group. When he died he volunteered to look for the group even when he was dying. He was brave and strong to put himself at risk to at least try and help Sarah and Luke get back to the rest of the group. Nick is special to me because I can relate to him. At first he seemed like he would be a mean character but in reality he was just hurting and wanted to have someone who cared for him. The only people who seemed to have really cared was luke and Clem but you can see in the game luke kind of ignored him, and even got really mad at his mistakes. He also barely reacted when he found out his best friend died, and was more interested in having a good time with Jane. Maybe Luke wanted to forget and tried to ignore that fact that his best friend died but we may never know. I feel like nick does not deserve all that hate the fandom throws at him.
@@Cacowninja True, I hated him a lot as well, but I at least felt bad for him. Arvo though, he even LOOKED like a right twat. He didn't deserve to live (I don't think he actually did live but we were never told if he died or not)
Tbh I really felt bad about sarah's death I love her so much but alot of people just laughing at her death its not her fault that his father hide her in the reality that they are facing
Imagine if Arvo came back in season 4 at the Ranch but Clem didn’t notice and shoot him. That would be good if he was a villain in the game so Clem and AJ can kick his a#£
I mean Larry was funny but he was meant for no to like so he’s always gonna be one of the most disliked but ion think he had the worse I liked him as Character not as person
I personally liked Nick, sure he did some bad things but he lost his family and fell to depression, some people just can't handle lost like that the way other people could
A character that definitely deserved to be on that list was Travis since he served no purpose to the story other than getting himself killed at the beginning of Season 1, Ep 2.
I might be a bit in the minority here but I liked Sarah, she was nice and I liked her interactions with Clementine and I wish she had been around longer. The main problem is that she never got the chance to evolve. But yeah I liked her character, it was interesting to see a survivor that was not all serious every minute and had a mental condition that would understandable happen in that world.
Yeah I understand the Gabe thing but he should be 10 since he redeemed him self at least compared to abel or Sarah and nick. You should have replaced Gabe with carver just in my opinion
To be honest, I really did like Bonnie, and I feel like Mike and Arvo were friends, but Bonnie really did like Clem. She might have gone because she was scared of Kenny or Mike forced her to. Bonnie honestly was one of my favorite characters. The only episode that made her the “bad guy” was the last episode of season two. I felt as if Nick was just stressed over everything that happened. His uncle (Pete) died, he had to kill his mother, he accidentally shot someone he wasn’t supposed to, he went back to carvers place, and overall I did like him. I think the pain got to him so he sacrificed himself in the trailer place, probably thinking he finds help, or he can be with his uncle. Now, listen to me closely, I like lily. Not season 4 lily, season 1 lily. Though I love Kenny and I always sided with him, I really did like lily. I even let her steal the rv by letting her come with us. (Somehow I knew about that?) I don’t like season 4 lily because if you are mean to Clem, you die. She is like 2nd carver, and I hated carver, though he was a good villain, I really hated him as a character. Lily is also a good villain, but I just don’t like her personality change in the 4th season. By some choices you make with her in season 1, you can see who she was, and she is different. I actually had a decent friendship with lily, even if I leaned towards Kenny. Gabe wasn’t that bad near the end, wanting to prove to his family that he can do things independently. Not bad in the beginning. I don’t HATE GabexClem, I think it’s cute, but I don’t like it that much. I prefer Violentine or Clouis. I think he just misses the list. Sorry if I misspelled anything I’m just writing this down to show my opinion. Thanks for reading though. This is my opinion, don’t hate.
#1 would be the stranger from season 1 episode 5. he took clementine therefor lee got bit in the process and Kenny got separated. Also allowed Vernon to steal the boat.
I was just imagining, what if Sarah stayed alive and Clementine actually helped her within the apocalypse? Of course, her actions were because of Carlos, but could you imagine a season 3 where her and Clem are best friends? I think her death would be a lot more impact rather than us being glad she is dead so no one else dies.
From what i heard Sarah's Death was bs. The writer of the episode apparently hated her so for that single reason, she was axed. Granted she probably would've died anyway since all the other season 2 characters (excluding A.J.) died but still.
Jeez I hate how in s2 there’s so many pointless deaths Luke he had so much potential yet there’s no way to save him. Carlos even though he was a sucky character he could have been useful.rebecca idk how/why she died but she definitely could have potential
@@ClairvoyantDreams358 i know this is 2 years late but let me explained. 1. Michelle is a minor villain character in Season 2 Episode 1, she tries to steals Clementine's stuff including her gun in the toilet, Omid (from Season 1) comes in sneakly but the door behind him shut itself very fast, which Michelle then kills Omid instant reflex quickly which then Omid dies, Christa come inside finding her husband died and shot Michelle with the rifle. 2. Lonnie is a minor villain character from Season 3 he is part of the Richmond and Joan's goon quitely, he raids other settlements and steal supplies with Badger and Max by Joan's orders. I don't understand why people hate Gabe when he spilled the beans about Conrad in front of Tripp... but they do not hate Mark when he did the same thing in front of Larry.
Funny thing is that I never hated Larry. He was so exaggerated in hating Lee that it was hilarious. We were supposed to help him but there was no way I was going to not help him in the barnz
UGH. I hate Lilly. I thought she was eHH in season 1. But WTF SHE KILLED MITCH AND POSSIBLY JAMES IF YOU TELL AJ NOT TO SHOOT HER. ALSO BONNIE, a snake. She proceeds to let somebody shoot a LITTLE GIRL and then goes "JuSt LeAvE hEr MiKe." Like bruHH, why did you do that TO MY SWEET PEA.
I don't like how some people hate one of the kid characters. Ben was still going to teenage problems, Sarah wasn't functioning correctly because she has PTSD, while Gabe was going through puberty at the moment. PLEASE CAN WE HAVE A SEASON WITHOUT SOME CHARACTER WHO IS IN OUR SIDE?! ACTING LIKE LARRY WONT WORK LIKE THAT! Well at least Ben wasn’t in this list.

I agree that Gabe is worse than Sarah. He doesn't have an excuse for acting the way he does because he wasn't sheltered. He made more mistakes than Sarah just because people don't agree with him.

John tried to electrocute Lee (if u chose to help her Dad) she tried to bring Clem and Lee to the RV Cons: because of her James died she killed Mitch She killed Doug she cutted Louis's tongue she stole the RV .etc
I don't think Larry was racist, but an asshole nonetheless. In Chapter 1 he showed a lot of care for Clementine, and even threatened Lee saying if anything bad happens to Lily or that little girl (Clem) he would reveal his secret to the rest of the group. The only time he is stated as being racist was by Clementine years later, but she never learned that Larry knew that Lee was a murderer. Lee can also accuse Larry of being racist in Chapter 1, which he denies. Of course, nobody in real life or in a video game would ever ADMIT to being racist. So maybe he was, but he seemed to target Lee based on his crimes. And not any other colored characters he met during the course of Season 1.
Honorable mention; Jane. 1. Brings up a man's dead family and child 2. Uses a defenseless baby as bait to antagonize someone who's already lost a child. 3. Draws her weapon first 4.
