Videos like these make me cringe. Customers acting a fool just makes me remember working in a restaurant with crazy people. Literally had a guy demand we make him fresh fries(even if we just made some) he didn’t want you to use tongs to put the fries on his plate unless they were dipped in hot oil. He ordered a medium rare burger then complained about the bun so my coworker that had just washed his hands and put on new gloves took his burger and put it on a new bun and that set him off, he was yelling so much that he was turning red. He came back a few days later recording us 😒😒😒

As someone who has worked in customer service honestly that the customer is always right shit is out the window i respect you and you have to respect me its a two way street.
I have issue with that phrase, "The customer's first" because a lot these people walking around being thoughtless and disrespectful towards customer service workers while we can't snap back otherwise we'll lose our job. Too often I have customers come in, walk up to the window, and shove money in my face and not say what they want first because they expect me to remember what they had from a previous visit (I work as a cashier in a barber school). Honestly seeing these workers snap back made me smile, sometimes you have to put people in thier place.

The worst customers I have to deal with are those who flip out bc we won't let them use the only bathroom we have, which is an EMPLOYEES ONLY BATHEROOM.

If you're in an establishment where a customer has a complaint and wants to speak to a manager, it is policy to get that manager, if they're on the premises.

Should be titled "Entitled Welfare Kings and Queens Act A Fool " because in MOST circumstances the whole "customer is ALWAYS right" is COMPLETLY WRONG !!! And the BIGGEST issue with this is the simple fact that if you work your taxes are pretty much BUYING their stuff so they can turn around and do THIS crap to the people that are basically SUPPORTING them !!!
