There is a worse Sonic game. It’s Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric. At least ‘06 can be funny, and Shadow and Silver’s story paths aren’t so bad. Plus the soundtrack is fantastic. Rise of Lyric couldn’t even get THAT right!

Some honorable mentions: Red Faction: Armageddon: Instead of making this game an open-world game like Red Faction: Guerilla, the devs made this game a linear third-person shooter with generic gameplay and a generic story about an alien invasion. The Geo-mod destruction mechanics were also toned down. Even the disappointing Red Faction II was better than this. Star Fox Zero: As bad as Star Fox Command was, it at least wasn’t a rehash of Star Fox 64 with terrible and gimmicky gamepad-centric gameplay like Zero was. The game’s controls ruined any fun people could’ve had with this game. Saints Row (2022): This remake was a pale shadow of the original game from 2006 filled with shallow gameplay and repetitive missions. The only good thing about this game was the extensive character customization.

STOP BEATING A DEAD HORSE. You got a dislike for Animal Crossing Amiibo Festival. That game is good and deserves a Switch port

I didn't enjoy DMC (reboot). I wanted an action game, not a puzzle/maze/action mix. I hated having to remember so many button combinations.

How Mega Man X7 didn't make it to the list?

StarFox Command: Wilst gladly non-canon it had many undesirable multi endings (especially the default ending so that you'd replay for better ones) that it completely stopped the narrative and StarFox has been stuck remaking the same first game over and over. Krystal also ended up unused until her voice actor revealed revoicing her in fanmade game StarFox Horizons.

Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric might actually be the true worst Sonic game. Never played it but looked unplayable.

Sonic 06 isn’t even that bad. Glitches and story aside, getting to play as 8 of Sonic’s friends alone makes up for the other failings.

They should’ve included Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories. The card concept was interesting for special attacks, items, and moves, but not for every Keyblade swing.

Devil May Cry 2 is ok, Peak Of Combat deserves the hate. The Animal Crossing Series is awful. I would put Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City in place of Umbrella Corps as it sums up everything bad about resident evil. I still hate Umbrella Corps though and it’s my second least favorite. I would do: Plants vs Zombies 2 as an example of EA killing a beloved franchise for the game is so pay to win. Let’s not forget that a majority of the good stuff is in the Chinese version which is not even worth buying. Bloons Tower Defense 6: God this game is the bane of the series. The maps, towers and upgrades are unorthodox. The purple blooms a cheap way to make the game harder. The art style is just not creative. It feels like a mess. A runner up would be BTD4. This game is so online and the maps are just awful. The towers were unorthodox. The Ice Tower was bad. At least BTD5, tried to keep the game fun and fixed what I did not like about 4, Like the ring of fire, Juggernaut Spike-o-pult, and a more balanced difficulty. Hopefully I am not the only one who thinks so.

I honestly loved Dead Rising 4 ( gameplay wise anyway....Frank definitely didn't feel like the same guy fans loved from the original & Off The Record ) and Fallout: Brotherhood Of Steel....and oddly had more fun with Devil May Cry 2 than the reboot game. more dishonorable mentions: Me & My Katamari ( a series designed for dual analog control brought to PSP which only had 1 analog nub....'nuff said ) Saints Row ( 2022 ) ( buggy, mostly unlikable characters, & uninteresting story...I didn't completely hate it but it's definitely the worst entry in the franchise ) Final Fantasy II ( it could have been amazing....but they just had to go with THAT god awful leveling system ) Star Fox Command ( Zero is trash too but Command gets the spot due to the terrible and thankfully non-canon story ) Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 ( every enemy is a damage sponge & Team Ninja apparently only know how to do 1 kind of combat....MUA1 is still the best one & I don't know why it's so hard for devs to keep the gameplay intact )

Yeah, the entry of Sonic, I have to call it preference. As horrendous as it was, you could TECNICALLY play it start to finish, Sonic Boom Rise of Lyric. THAT one is the worse of them all, and virtually unplayable without exploiting a glitch, entire section lost, character assassinations' left and right, a boring premise even if it is a reboot, to set an example. So yeah not exactly "your hands are tie" there

Thank God for Metroid Dread. Other M killed the franchise for me and Federation Force put the nails in its coffin. I never imagined that one of my favorite game series could fall so far.

There are other infamous games out there that are actually worse than Sonic 2006, Shadow the Hedgehog, Mega Man X7, Devil May Cry 2, Final Fight: Streetwise, Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly, Earthworm Jim 3D, Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness, Duke Nukem Forever, etc.

Devil May Cry 2 was actually the first game of the series that I played.

I was very upset with experiencing Bayonetta 3!

DMC2 had the most annoying level I'd ever played for 100% completion. DMD Mission 16, Secret Room 60. 3x final boss, bad camera angles, absolutely supercharged attack, defense and health. Straight out of the ninth circle of hell. And the reward for completing DMD mode? A Deisel jeans costume, no Super Dante. I was livid. Thankfully, DMC3 was fantastic to make up for 2.

I really hope Devil May Cry 1 and 2 have remakes.

For me, 3 games I've played stand out as just awful: Diablo 4 due to performance issues and MTX, MW2 (2022) mainly due to cheaters, devs not fixing the game and how many cosmetic bundles can they shove down our throats as well as balancing issues, and finally, Halo Infinite because of unbalanced matchmaking, MTX (again), crap progression and some iffy maps. Thats my personal list. What're everyone else's here?

FF7 Rebirth - and of course Part 1 of the FF7 remake from 4 years ago - just reminded me of how boring and how soulless Final Fantasy 15 was. I never played the FF13 trilogy, but it must at least not be any worse than FFXV.

The gifs and memes added was EXTREMELY annoying and distracted from the video personally. It would have been much better without them!
