Grew up with both X-Men Mutant Wars and Godzilla the series. (My aunt gave them to my brother and I as our christmas gofts one year.) We enjoyed both. Wolverine has some cool moves (a dash attack and an an uppercut.) and you can swap characters with select. I can't remember if my brother beat Godzilla, but he got pretty far.
Wait a sec though. Mortal Kombat 2 on original model GB is actually good. It plays great and characters look like you would expect. I have no idea how they messed up mk 4 so badly. It looks in par with the very first gb mk, which was horrible

I completely agree. But the score is based on an average of many scores from many different reviewers. So it kinda makes sense why it's a bit inflated lol
@@supergameghost tbf the game does give you a big warning any time morphing/demorphing would result in a game over. Don't get me wrong it is still a terrible game for many other reasons.
@@supergameghost It's that way because in the books that's like. THE thing they're not allowed to do is to let the enemy know they're human vs alien. I guess there's no better way to convey that in game. I mean it's an awful game either way but I wanted to let you (and anyone who might not know) know what they were probably trying to do with it. I don't think there's a better option for getting across that idea though, at least nothing I can think of, but then again the whole premise doesn't make sense as a video game to begin with. Sorry if I came across as rude, I just wanted to add a little bit of context to what I thought made a *bit* of sense if you know the backstory.
