Hey Nemo, I was one of the voice actors for The Ledgend of Lucky Pie ( I played Tree) and thank you for understanding what we as a team set out to do. We never wanted to rip off adventure time, we were all inspired by the show and it was a passion project for the whole team! It was and still is one of my favorite projects to have worked on!

I really disagree with you on yokai watch. Here is why yokai watch is literally base off at a real area and the characters can actually age up. It's mostly about yokai when Pokemon their only few base off of yokai. Not all the characters can see the yokai in yokai watch there only few people who can. when in Pokemon everyone know what a Pokemon is. Yokai watch is base off Japanese culture of ghost unless you play yokai watch 3 which goes on America like urban and ghost. when Pokemon goes on with almost anything. I love them both I watch them both and I played them both and I can't really see this the same. Sorry for my bad English
Just so you know, this is not meant to be mean, but please look up Pokemon Rangers Guardian signs and learn about the game a bit. The male character looks like the main Yokai character, and the summoning thing with watch after capturing them is in it too. If I was rude, then I am sorry.
@@happy_amoebayou wasn't being mean or anything. i had play both game and it really not the same to much. you can't really keep the pokemon you got while Yokai watch you can and the whole story way different. The way how you battle is different from yokai watch ( remember Yokai watch has a lot of game and compare them to 3 pokemon Ranger game ehh it really hard. Depend which one your talking about ) Pokemom ranger and yokai watch are my favorite tho! :3 When you say the characters look smailar i can't see it but i see people say they can looks like character from megaman netbattle as well so idk. To me it just probably easy design people can do. Now are you talking about when you summoning outside of battle or during battle. I don't remember to much but dose pokemon ranger summoning pokemon outside from battle and yokai watch summoning inbattle. I had seem other game that dose this similar so I'm not sure.
Idk who else remembers Disney Jr. sharing the channel with reg. Disney, and would be a very confused 5 year old when the commercials for reg. Disney popped up after that Nesting Doll show
I myself have seen a lot of Sanjay and Craig...I don't think Regular Show and Sanjay and Craig are similar at all. Regular show has more serious moments whilst Sanjay and Craig is loud, goofy and relies on toilet humour. I don't see the resemblance at all.
If you’ve watched the movie, clearly there’s a lot of similarities to Ben 10 and Yokai Watch. Just like Ben’s grandpa Max was supposed to be the original owner of the Omnitrix,Nate’s grandpa was also the original owner too.
Doesn't make it a bad cartoon tho. Also not considered a rip off because there are plenty of anime out there who have the same plot of "catching monsters".

tbh i really like lucky pie(?) 's art/animation style. too bad they didn't have some sort of original idea instead of a rip-off, I would definitely watch it.

I actually like Filly Fantasia. The animation and plot are rather good and often take turns you wouldn’t expect. Plus if you really look into it it’s actually pretty different from MLP and hey the main cast has basic character strengths and flaws. Warning: This is just my opinion.
The Szamsonadze are not a ripoff I don’t even know if I spelled it right. It’s 🇬🇪 Georgian and not at all like the simpsons. It has Georgian jokes, humor, and even the father character doesn’t work at a nuclear power plant but actually a bank! It’s totally different and they say it isn’t a ripoff. And it has more comedy.
HB and a few other companies made a metric fuck ton of Scooby Doo clones. Like, so many that it became its own genre. Also, I don't know how Sanjay and Craig managed to make me hate a show about a talking snake, but they did it. We need more, higher quality shows about snakes.

I used to watch Sanjay and Craig but now that I think about it, it was a really disgusting show. One episode they had to save a fart that they kept in a bottle, in another episode they had their friend look at their butt in the mirror after he hasn’t cleaned it like what?
Yo-kai watch isn't based on pokemon it's based on Japanese mythology called yokai. Also you don't keep the yo-kai in your watch the medal is to show they're friendship you summon them from wherever they are.
And they can literally choose not to show up when summoned, he clearly didn't play the game or pay attention to the show, which explains how it works in detail, or even do research for it
That’s called a genre, and Pokémon doesn’t even own that because THEY DIDN’T INVENT MONSTER CATCHING. That goes to SMT and I’m mad tired of this discussion. Stuff like Pizza Tower would never exist with this mindset, and people endlessly praise that. (This is a three year old video, but imma go off anyways because this annoyed me to no end)
I agree with a lot of the stuff in this list, and I can see where you’re coming from with Handy Manny, but I admit I loved that show as a kid and I also admit I sometimes rewatch it from time to time to relive childhood and such hjggigvhkvhg

I remember when the Handy Manny cartoon was first on the air, my brother pointed out immediately that it was a Bob The Builder rip off. And then it pissed him off so much, he started yelling at the TV and throwing a tantrum over it, so much so that my sister had to change the channel with tears in her eyes 😂😂😭

It doesn’t really matter if people know. Nobodies going to boycott something because it’s a ripoff. They continue to get made because they continue to make money and be a solid response to a competing companies cartoon.
I could tell number 2 was when he was running out of ideas, comparing yokai watch to beyblade and Yu-Gi-Oh! Was probably one of the worse comparisons I have EVER heard off I can understand saying Pokémon, but a CARD GAME and SPINNING TOPS??🤣🤣🤣

If you ever actually watch or play yo Kai watch, it's actually pretty different I'm sick of Pokemon fans saying it's a rip off when in Pokemon sun and Moon, Pokemon made more changes to be as popular as yo Kai watch because at the time yo kai watch was more popular in Japan than yo kai watch. They even made rotomdex LOOK and act the same as whisper from yo Kai watch
I agree with many of these, accept for Yo-Kai watch. Yo-Kai are spirits in Japan, basically a legend or ghost. All of the Yo-Kai in the show are based on these. Pokémon have a few based on Yo-Kai, but Yo-Kai Watch is it’s own show based on its own thing.
