I'm really late but, I want to add some great villains that I feel are terribly underrated: 1) The Reach (responsable for creating in mass one of the most deadliest weapons in the DCU, Blue Beetle scarab) 2) Blackfire (People appears to forget that Blackfire is one of the few villains that ACTUALLY WON and became the ruler of Thamaran, and not only that, she actually made the planet a lot better) 3) Granny Goodness 4) Terra 5) The First Lantern 6) The Guardians (the whole 3rd army thing was pretty crazy) 7) Superboy Prime (weird that he's not on the list...) 8) Psycho Pirate 9) MurMur 10) Ma'alefa'ak 11) The White Martians 12) D'kay D'razz (the martian that LITERALLY RAPED Martian Manhunter) 13) Cheshire 14) The Manhunters 15) Dr Psycho 16) Psimom 17) Silver Banshee 18) James Gordon Jr 19) The Trench 20) Ozimandias (I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THIS ONE DIDN'T MAKE IT. 29 villians are so low on the list and fantastic villians like Granny goodness, Lady shiva,Dr.poison,Dr. Cyber, Medosa, Black flash and Godspeed are not on the list.
