Alex, thank you for sharing your knowledge. I look forward to each of your videos as not only do they showcase interior design, you are generous in your sharing of architectural concepts.
I love the look of a slate wall, but it is going to scream 2024 in about 5 years. I see it way too much. Also, while open shelves and glass are gaining in popularity again it won't take long before people realize the up keep on cleaning these items is way more work than people want for their every day life. On the other hand, natural colors, stone and eco design will never go out of style. All create a calm relaxing environment because they bring in hints of nature. But like you said do what you love because you have to live in the space and trends come and go.
I like glass in drinkware, mirrors and vases. No way will l ever sit on glass chairs. Glass on coffee tables and dining tables is a nuisance. Every fingerprint, smudge and dust is seen. You need to wipe many times everyday to keep glass surfaces clean.
Hi Maria! Thanks for your comment 👍 Surely your concern re glass chairs is understandable) And yes, of course some trends throughout history are more housekeeping friendly, some are less. The bright side is that there are always enough trends to pick some, no need to implement it all at once. Plus those trends that are less housekeeping friendly but impressive are widely used in hospitality area, where more frequent cleaning is a standard.
Hi mate, thanks for attention!) The glasses are supper convenient multi purpose once. Highly recommend 😉 And lips are not synced since the video is originally in different language and I'm sharing content with audience in two languages (so far)))
We'd love to! So far there was no such occasion. We are always looking for cool projects! If you have some in mind to recommend would be great! Will very much appreciate!
