I'm working on developing a city building mobile game that only allows cosmetic purchases. I used to play city building games, but stopped after noticing all of them are pay to win. I'll be making mine in the interest of a game i would want to play, not for profit. The only issue is that i would need some income to maintain it. I'm wondering if players would be willing to pay to play if there was no way for any player to pay to win. I'm expecting to launch in 2025. Looking for some feedback or ideas early on in development

Not a word about pay 2 win or pay 2 progress. What I really miss is a game that you pay once and than it's a balanced ride throughout. Now games are fun to begin with and then like a good drug dealer become almost impossible to proceed without paying or making them a full time job. And thats a lot of real money. More than any full game on pc. I hate that and stopped playing free to play games because of it.
i forgot the name of a game i used to play when i was younger. It was a strategy game with different (characters - heroes) with different abilities. Riding a horse to get all over the map
I tried whiteout survival.. And now I can't escape... This game is realllyyyy awesome... Although it depends on how supportive and active your alliance is . And i got a really good one.. Not the most powerful.. But it's filled with good people

@@soumyadipbhowmik2220 im downloading viking rise right now, i heard that you can choose the skills you want to max (pls someone who is playing it can confirm this) if this is true, it makes already the game the better version for f2p players of rise of kingdoms or call of dragons, i also heard that you can set the scounts in auto-exploration mode which is a quality of life that call of dragon or rise of kingdoms does not have
@@DeadlyShotGG I tried it for a couple hours didn't find it super engaging except some new elements. Couldn't find a better state or alliance and it has lag problems even in good devices.
