The person that made this video is obviously not in the farming branch. For example the Lexion 780 is not their "newest range of combine harvesters", they don't even produce it anymore. You don't only use a sprayer to spread fertilizer either. It is more common using it for herbicide, to protect the crop and kill weeds.
Its so easy to make a tractor video when you steal footage from my channel. I go out and travel the country to film these machines and you stole my work. I have reported you to RU-vid. Do not steal from my channel. Even one second of footage is stealing.
The opening scene of No.9 was taken at my old work (NEC, Birmingham), they hold a farming show every year and some of the vehicles are absolutely fascinating
I have farming cousins in N. PA. As kids, we often rode inside the bin for wheat on the combine. It was a lot smaller. Wheat is hard to remove from hair.
Smashing seeds is not a problem at all. Seeds are very resistant and, moreover, are put in the ground on the back of the machine. Compacting the soil preventing root spreading and making life of soil inhabitants dificult is the key problem to avoid.
Technically Big Roy is capable of putting out over 1100 hp, but it was down-rated to 650 to prevent damage to the engine by volunteers at the museum where it resides who don't know how to run it properly. (I know, I used to work there.)
Agricultural machinery is a diverse and dynamic field, offering a wide range of options and solutions for different crops, soils, climates and markets.😊🎉🌿
This not only assists farmers in making informed decisions but also contributes to minimizing environmental impact by precisely applying inputs where needed
Wow, that's a pretty interesting fact! It's amazing to think that Big Roy has even more power than what it currently operates at. I can understand the reasoning behind down-rating it to prevent damage, but it's a shame that such a powerful machine isn't being used to its full potential. I'd love to see it in action someday, it must be quite a sight! 😮👀🚜
Done Excellent I hope here in the Philippines we have our own so that easy to harvest for the farmers I pray that Pres Marcos will grant it thank you so much and God bless you and keep you safe
When I grew up my dad had a square baler, our tractor was IH 23 and 39 hp. Our combine was IH with 2 meter cut width. I remember very well loading the bales on the wagon. Now farming is definitely not "work" anymore like it used to be.
Modern agriculture machines contribute to labor efficiency, reducing the physical burden on farmers and enabling them to focus on strategic planning and decision-making.
The advent of autonomous tractors and GPS-guided technologies in agricultural machines has significantly reduced the need for manual labor, allowing farmers to focus on more strategic aspects of their operations.
It makes sense that somebody would come up with something making larger bales. Tractors can already haul multiples of the ones we have now. And it seems like I see fewer singles being moved with a flatbed pickup than when I was a kid.
These are great but they can’t replace the feeling one gets walking behind a team of mules hearing the sound of the pull chains, they smell of the soil & the wet leather.
Good American agriculture equipment. Along with incredibly innovative creations from the world over. GPS invented by the American military has been a game changer. The worldwide competition for better more efficient equipment is the best thing for hungry people the world over.
im a farmer and there is so much false info in these video. Did you forget about the jd9640, newholland t9 the fendt ideal 10t or fendt 1167. Why the case 9240 instead of 9250 I think the 9240 could use bigger then 45f head we are going to put a 60f on a 9250. Why did you put class 780 on the list you already had the bigger 890. Bourgault makes a bigger air cart if your wondering how I know because we own one. sprayer main use is to put down herbicide most fertilizer is solid
Seeds are very resistannt and moreover, are put in the fround on the back of machine. smashing seeds is not a problem at all.Compacting the soil preventing root spreading and making life of soil inhabitants difficult is the key problem to avoid
Still Gleaner is still the industry leader in efficiency and clean grain outputs. Claas combines loose a lot of grain in paddocks especially in our region, even Case IH is cleaner.
@george ion I know here the Claas was the worst. They don't get kept for long either compared to farmers who own Case IH, J.D and New Holland. Claas is very nice to use but the Red and Green are the real no nonsense broad acre machines.
Time is money, however buying two medium units instead of one large unit is actually what most farmers do, not only can two medium units operate at the same rate as one large unit, but if one unit stops working you still have another to continue the job, where as if you rely on one large unit then the entire operation will stop until it's fixed. In addition, larger units are harder to sell when you want to upgrade, because only a small amount of farmers have farms large enough to even validate having a large unit. Overall, the excessively large units are not practical.
0:34 the engine is NOT Caterpillar's. CAT never was silly enough to put a V-12 in this machine. That level of silly came from the Challenger's new daddy, and their engine maker from the Nordic region. Short-lived, went out of use in just a couple short years.
@@guzzimon61 Big Bud, as the video mentioned, has been through a few owners. And one major tire change - the reason it was "out of service" for most of those 10 years is that the maker of the original TIRES went out of business.
There's not a tractor out there that run 2 or 3 days and one take a fuel you need to do a little more researthree 190 gallons prior worth about 12 hours of operation
The field that can be refeatured due to the recent unpredictable difficult situation. Assuming it's perfect time to think of the best possible coordination with logistics.
04:28 , does anyone know what this tractor is produced for? If farmers rent this machine to use in agriculture, they will lose money, because it is very laborious and ineffective.

One million dollars…for ONE piece of farm equipment…makes me shudder, but then I grew up plowing with a two-fourteens bottom plow. Maybe I should just admit that I am “waiting for God” and hold my tongue.

can anyone on RU-vid make a proper thumbnail that isn't some clickbait garbage anymore? LIterally any of these machines could have done, but we got some photoshopped garbage instead
