No no no Some are completely useless garbage even if the player is skilled ex:Nautica is the wrost card in the entire game,her ult is barely usable.Liaka is good but ult is again trash
It depends on the level of them Nsg has level 12 blot ( ink one ) And also he has hacker ( cipher ) level 13 or 14 so it depends on the level of character I prefer blot and cipher both so that no one can use their ult and blot destroys bunker 😉
