My husband in Law is such a lovely drama. 😍 Where I found my self looking for more lovely Thai series. The leading man is cute and good actor and ofcourse the leading lady is such a lovely leading also. 😍 Knowing that they are personally both happy in real life with their real partner made me a little disappointed coz thier chemistry in the drama were lovely. But what can I do 😥 they are just doing great with their job that you will praying they really dating for real. 😥😭🤣
I'll rate the ones that I watched: - Husband in Law: 8/10 - great cast, great chemistry (Mark Prin, need I say more?), great OST, good plot. However, story began losing its steam towards the end, with all the clichés like Moei being sick, organ transplant bla bla bla which wasn't even original and taken from Anne (the producer) old drama. - Padiwaradda - 8/10 watched it a long time ago, can't remember much solid chemistry and performance from James Jirayu and Bella. - Game Sanaeha - 8/10. Tbh, I only watched it from when Nok and Nai got married. James Jirayu and Taew got great chemistry (3 dramas already), tons of lovey dovey scenes. Negative part, I'm not so much into the huge age gap couples but good portrayal of how a blended family stays together and how parents maintain a cordial friendship despite divorcing. - Princess Hours : 5/10. Not bad chemistry but plot wasn't as solid as original Korean version. The no-kiss clause of the lead actress imo hurt the drama as you could tell they faked all the "kiss" scenes. Had some great moments but generally, I recommend sticking to the original Korean version. - Khing Kor Rar: 6.5/10 (I'm actually biased because I'm obsessed with this drama despite its flaws). Pros: good chemistry (my main reason for watching), good cast performance (you'll be so annoyed with all the villains in the drama), good plot that had so much potential if written well. (Yes, it's a remake but they didn't have to remake exactly like the original). Cons: Not many lovey dovey scenes, too much bickering so the progress from enemies to lovers didn't feel so organic. Got the standard slap and kiss and Marital rape which I'm not a fan of despite their prevalence in lakorns. Some plot holes. Make up and audio issues. Some scenes the actors looked very "yellow". Anyway watch it with an open mind, it's not too bad. I'm a fan of pinkploy so it's good to see her earlier works. She does tend to go for roles in arranged-marriage dramas though but she's a good actress and is vastly growing. She also reunited with Ko in Pang Sanaeha where it makes up for the lack of lovey dovey scenes.
Believe it is done by 3rd party and not paid too, hence there is always an delay ..it would create a huge impact if official Thai youtube channels release series in eng sub ..
Because some channels don't really understand or care that lakorns have huge international following. However, I do see it changing somewhat. Dramas produced by Channel 3 and GMM are easier to find with eng sub because these channels have been selling their dramas to streaming sites like Viu and Netflix. I've seen GMM even putting Eng Sub in their official videos. The biggest loser in all this is Ch7. Ch7 produces dramas and contents and don't bother subbing them or selling them. So we have to wait for fan subbers. A lot of my fave dramas are produced by Ch7 and it is the most popular channel in Thailand, so I guess they don't care for international fans since they have large domestic following
Its a light Lakorn and happy ending..no cheating scenes..its lives upto the title - My beloved wife… plz do watch it if you like arranged marriage family drama where marriage duties are tested.
