Max, thank you. I am preparing to go back to Munich for the first time in 42 years. I lived there in the late 70s. Not military. I was a proper Bayrischer Ami: I went to Gymnasium and play for die 60er (Jugend, naturlich!). I'll have my wife and two of our children, who are not little anymore. :D You've done a great job: you explain well, and do a nice job showcasing a variety. You have confirmed a few things I want to do, and probably a few things I won't do. :D I am now readying to watch your video on Berlin, which is where I lived before Munich. Vielen Dank!
I love ,love your tour through München/Munich you are a informative tour guide and I'm very familiar with the places you mentioned,so vielen dank and by the way I love Sauerkraut very very healthy for every body your fantastic.
I’m about to visit Münich, so I stumbled upon this video. Mate, excellent quality, shots, edits, even still-s. The commentary is also spot on, very good pronunciation and not dropping the accent once! Thanks for this helpful video, I will check out the places you’ve recommended.
I really like your videos mate. Saw your Berlin video and organised my trip according to that. I had an amazing trip. I'll be visiting Munich in 2weeks and will definitely visit all these places :)
Charming! We spent our few days in Bavaria visiting Isney and Fussen (and of course Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau), so I think we must go back for Munchen!
We visited Munich in 2017 and had planned to go back in the summer of 2020, but the pandemic changed those plans. I can't wait until I have another chance to visit! Such an amazingly beautiful place
i'll be visiting Munich this weekend! I can't wait wohoo Loved your video very much it had the perfect amount of information and commentary and beautifully shot. thanks a lot!
I just want to tell you☝️🏾that this video is amazing!! 🇺🇸 I'll be coming from Eschenbach. I had no idea all of this is in Munich, I'm so excited! Thank you for sharing!
This seems to be a very charming place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job! Subscribed!!
Hi Max , I like your videos and you showing us great places and give us great ideas . I thinking visiting Germany and you make me now more interesting to do .thank you so much
Excellent video - thank you kindly for sharing!!! Q: How much is a lunch for two and a dinner for two? Does one tip when paying for their meals in Munich? Thank you once again!!!
Enjoyed this video of your home town in Germany. I spent time in Munich on my trip around the world and I really liked the city. I particularly like that you list all of the attractions that you visit during each city tour. I hope I will be able to return to Munich again once the pandemic restrictions are lifted.
Hi thank you for this video, I really liked It. You are right, sometimes as a local you miss the many highlights and nice places that your city has to offer. I ve been to Munich several times and I love this city. You missed something I think. For example the Schwabing Area and the University with the White Rose memorial ......the Theresienwiese.... The Museum of science and tecnique.... The Allianz Arena.....The Munchener Freiheit Place.....The Opera and Maximilian Strasse.....St Michael' s Church....
Great video..thank you so much. I have been to Europe a few times but never visited Germany. My wife and I are going again next March and will be visiting Munch for a week--very excited! Already knew I wanted to visit the Hofbrauhaus but now have a list of other places thanks to your video. Can't wait to taste the ice cream.
Amazing video Max (or should i say Martin 😁) Followed you a while ago but somehow never watched the videos. What a shame! Great info combined with great visuals 🙌🏻🙌🏻
So, it says you posted this in January, BUT I know this isn't what the weather is like in December/January! I will be there over the New Year -- any recommendations of things for the winter? Some of these I can still do, however the outdoor beer gardens will not be happening, obviously. Thanks for your tips!

A small Venice (Kleine Vendig) is a nice place - meters from there is a Templar church; St. Peters church vieewing point on the tower (closed now unfortunately), Freiheit with the nicest and most colorfull buildings and last but not least Allianz Arena of course :)
New Subscriber here. I loved your video of beautiful Munich. I was just there a few months ago and I am looking forward to my return. :), Great job sir.
Hi, what are the current covid measures in Munich? Do you need to register before entering restaurants, bars and shopping malls? If yes, what does the registration entails? Is there any covid trace app to download? Tks!
Hi Adrian, some restaurants require you to register with the Luca App or the Corona Warn App. Alternatively you can often fill out a paper forms that they provide. All in all the situation is very relaxed currently.
I will visit Germany from New York in July 2023. I am looking for a local/travel buddy to show me around. Berlin, Munich, and Cologne are on my bucket list. What's your recommendation to finding someone to show me around? Thanks!
Hello Max, When was this video filmed? I want to know because I'm planning to maybe visit in December, wanted to know if it's too cold then? Did you film film this in December?
Awesome video. Will be there next month. Definitely gonna visit these places. Any info on student accommodation or housing?? Would appreciate any help or advice thanks.

Kevin, I’m sorry that your family left you alone again. But it looks like you’re doing well without them. Im planning my trip now. Bavaria is so beautiful and München looks amazing.
hallo und guten abend, i am traveling to europe in september for my first time! out of my two weeks, 6 days will be munich!. what is the climate around the end of september?
I just have been to München, it is really an amazing city. I enjoyed Nymphenburg, Alte Pinakothek, the center, Olympic park, BMW museum and soccer (Bayern against my favorite team Viktoria Plzeň). If you come with train, I recommend hostel Wombat's city, really close to the train main station.
