John Stocton. Record for most steals. Record for most assists. 10X All Star. 2 Olympic Gold Medals. You didn't need to pick between Stockton and Malone. They should both be on this list.
@@teamsteed1someone might have told you already but Rowdy Roddy Piper is a hall of fame professional wrestler. Great heel. Didn't need a world title run to prove himself.
where's dominique wilkins, fran tarkenton, eric dickerson, george garvin, tony gwynn, tracy mcgrady, bruce mattews, reggie miller, randy moss, bruce smith, ladainian tomlinson
Wes Welker: 0-4 in Super Bowl games. 0-2 with the Patriots during the Brady-Belichick era, 0-1 with the Denver Broncos under Peyton Manning and 0-1 with the San Francisco 49ers as a coach.
A list like this almost deserves to be a top 50, since there are so many great athletes that didn't win championships. They couldn't even mention guys like Joe Thornton, Philip Rivers, Vince Carter, Randy Moss and Jarome Iginla
@@salvatoresultana4058 Alright let’s talk about athletic achievements You and I have so many world records between us 184, that’s plenty of them AND I SET 183 OF THEM -Wayne Gretzky
@@aceassn716 Totally. There was an episode of A Football Life for Butkus and Sayers and someone said “shame on you Chicago Bears” for never bringing them to a championship.
Everyone knows that Dan Marino would be a two-time Super Bowl champion if it wasnt for the fendish Ray Finkle and the assault of the Philadelphia Eagles mascot drawing a personal foul🤦🤷
The biggest tragedy of Griffey is he not only never won a ring, but never even played in a WS despite being on a team with all-time greats at SP (Johnson), SS(ARod), DH(E Martinez) and solid pieces in Buehner and T Martinez. Adding insult to injury the year after he was traded the M’s won a record 116 games… and still didn’t make the WS 😢
@@scottlemiere2024 you mean he wasn’t a 50HR guy. He was still a 30/30 guy who had all the other advanced stats to make him a Top SS. Also they didn’t trade him, he was just wooed by the biggest contract offer at the time to go to the Rangers when he became a free agent.
Ugh and literally by the tips of Santonio Holmes’ toes. A guy who wore out his welcome among Steeler fans despite one of the most iconic catches in NFL history vs Larry Legend who is and always will be beloved in the valley for what he did both on and off the field. Honorable mention to Antrel Rolle for getting in his way to prevent him tackling Harrison on his pick-6 AND being the guy burned on Holmes catch 😡
@@patrickr.5900 they were. I was rooting for the Cards to win and conceded at the moment that it was a catch. I’m more bitter that as obnoxious as Steelers fans are about their 6 rings that they lost to both Cowboys(making their 90’s team officially a dynasty) and Packers(validating Aaron Rodgers with his 1 and hopefully only ring).
actions have consequences and cheaters get punished. Part of the punishment is a legacy so tarnished that people are not going to include him in things like this.
WTF are you talking about? Elgin Baylor ACCEPTED that ring. how could he have denied in 1972 when in 2013 he put up for auction? this is how misinformation starts 😂
@@HarrisaSports it’s all semantics. if you count it then that’s fine. others may not. like Frank Thomas isn’t considering a World Series champion because he didn’t play in the 2005 post season because of injuries. but he was still given a ring for begin on the team. imo….you received the ring, then you’re a champion.
Two from nascar Mark Martin, finished second several times to Dale sr jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson. Most wins without a championship I know he hasn’t retired yet but I don’t see him winning a championship (watch this age) Denny Hamlin, 50 wins, 3 Daytona 500s and several final four appearances with no championships
For most of the athletes that are never here with us right now, you’ll always have a permanent place in our hearts for all your hard work and determination simply by trying your best at what you’re good at. For most of the athletes that are here with us now? Who knows. Your day in the sunlight will soon come if you work your butt off in order to one day attain it!
Ken Griffey Jr. was my favorite player to watch when I was growing up despite not being a Mariners fan. I remember playing that Super NES video game that he put his name on.
Even though he has really officially retired, goaltender Carey Price of the Canadiens de Montréal unfortunately never won a Stanley Cup in his career, only making it to the finals once in the Pandemic shortened NHL 2021 Season.
Not having Barry Bonds on this list is absurd! Regardless of whatever drugs he was taking, he’s still one of the greatest athletes to never win a championship
@@jimbo9208 He still would’ve been a great player. Look at his production from 1987-2000, before he got noticeably bigger. He was easily a hall of famer before steroids. The one big difference was instead of being a 5 tool player, he traded that for ungodly power which lead to his increased home run totals
You forgot the legacy of the Petty family: After Lee and Richard accounted for numerous titles, Kyle never came close to even sniffing a title, and Kyle's son Adam died tragically before his true potential could blossom.
@@FleaRHCP97 Bo Jackson has 2782 yards in his only 4 seasons in the NFL plus he also never had a 1,000 yard season, plus randy has the second most receiving yards and receiving touchdowns in NFL history
@@ColinButler-dq7pj carried to what though lmfaoooo cancun?!, carried to the golf course?! having him on the top ten all time list is being nice extremely nice the fact hea over marc andre fluery is a crime
Fleury actually won 3 cups and the king was always let down by his team just look at how the defense choked vs the kings in the finals, the lightning in game 7 in 2015, and the sens in 2017
Seeing this list is why being in the HOF means more than championships. All of these players are legendary talents and things just didnt hapoen to fall their way championship-wise. Many have won rings. Few make the HOF
If there was an Australian version of this, then Nathan Buckley who both played for then coached the Collingwood team in Aussie Rules Football would be near the top of the list. He won just about every reward there is in his sport, but he never won a championship in his playing career between 1993 and 2007. The closest his team got was in 2002 when Collingwood lost the final by less than two goals and Nathan was even rewarded the medal for being the best player on that day. As coach the closest his team got to winning a championship was in 2018 by less than one goal in the final.
I'm a PITT fan so I love me Marino..(Steelers shoulda drafted)...and deserving #1 on this list.... But put ANYBODY'S credentials against Theodore Williams....2MVP...2 Triple Crowns!!??.....oh and was an ace pilot for 3 years (in the middle of his career...his sweet spot!!) And came back from War and was still hitting .379
TONY GWYNN, RYNE SANDBERG, BILLY WILLIAMS, JUAN MARICHAL, WILLIE MCCOVEY other notable MLB players and hall of famers who never won a championship ring
No disrespect to Don Mattingly (who isn’t in the HOF), but there are many more deserving baseball players, such as Gwynn, Carew, Killebrew, Fergie Jenkins, Ichiro Suzuki, Sandberg, Marichal. These guys are HOFers. I wonder why Jim Kelly was picked over Bruce Smith, who is arguably one of the top-five DEs in NFL history. Agreed with the suggestions that Randy Moss and Terrell Owens should be on this list. Jarome Iginla was the first hockey player to pop into my head.
Bo Jackson? The guy with 1 Pro Bowl and 1 MLB All-Star appearance is #11. While Randy Moss, TO,, Stockton, Tony Gwynn, Bruce Smith, Ladanian Tomlinson never even made the list. Please never make another Top anything sports video.
Karl Malone and John Stockton. John Stockton deserves the same Recognition as Karl Malone, because Stockton was the man that Assists Malone in is huge Numbers. What a shame Utah never had other 3 players capable to "follow" Malone and Stockton Game.
What's up, Watch Mojo? Great video about superstar athletes who never won a championship. However, I'd like to make a video suggestion: Greatest Coaches in Pro Sports History.
Mark Martin. He was runner up FIVE TIMES. 1990, 1994, 1998, 2002, 2009. And he still never won the big one. And the drivers he was runner up to are considered by many the greatest, Dale Earnhardt, Jeff Gordon, Tony Stewart, and Jimmie Johnson. The best example of his greatness is in 1998. In 33 races that season he had a phenomenal 26 top 10 finishes, of which 22 of those were top 5 finishes, and 7 wins overall. The problem? Jeff Gordon. Who had 28 top tens, 26 top fives, and 13 (!?!) wins. Any other year Mark would have easily won the title. If you want more on Marks career please watch s1apsh0es’ video on Mark Martin.
@@Scubamike4499 I want you to look at Mark Martin, and another great who never won the title, Carl Edwards, and their respective workout and conditioning. And then tell me they’re not athletes.
Members of the Los Angeles Rams defense (Deacon Jones, Merlin Olsen, Rosey Grier, and Lamar Lundy). Known as "The Fearsome Foursome" should have won SuperBowls together, Cause they were much better then The Offence of The LA RAMS.
Tony Gwynn is easily the biggest snub for this list. He was one of the top 3-4 hitters of all time with insane stats vs a lot of the HOF pitchers of his era nabbing 8 batting titles and 5 gold gloves. Was legit expecting him in the top five or so range for this list.
No Randy moss or Barry bonds is crazy! Probably two of the best players ever in there respected sports not to win a title. I rate Bo Jackson guy was awesome but his career was too short in both sports so he didn't put up the numbers that randy and Barry did in there career.
How in TF could you overlook Iginla?!? Yeah Hawerchuk deserves to be here, too, but Iginla was far more dominating (toughness, grit, scoring) with over 600+ goals on his resume! Are you kidding me?!? 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
