In my opinion, NCT TAEIL is one of the best singers of kpop. Although is underrrated his vocals are no joke 😍. Pd: Kyuhyun is the best vocalist of kpop, he should be in all the lists of top kpop singers😊.

Sophia Kay I love Youngjae's voice, but I tried to be honest with myself making this top collecting all the things I've been learning about singing ability and compare all the singers that I thought deserve to be here. And Youngjae was on my first list, so he's really good but he wouldn't be in my top 20. Thank you for your comment ❤

Funny how chen can hit those insane notes while he has the most supported lower register amongst male tenors in kpop, idol or not. His head voice also improved a lot. He's still taking vocal lessons consistently which is scary. He's already a well-rounded vocalist.

Pentagon's Jinho is honestly a phenomenal vocalist. I don't think I've ever heard him off pitch or a single voice crack from him. Not even when he's tired. His vocals are never irritating or tiring to the ears. He relishes executing high notes and belts. The higher the better. While many idols are obsessed with dancing and performing, Jinho is obsessed with his vocals. He has stated he HATES being off pitch when singing. Even his members are scared to sing badly around him. He was a vocal trainer at Cube for a bit after leaving SM so he vocally trained most of his own members and many Cube trainees. I saw a clip of him recently answering a question by a K-Uni asking him if he was a scary vocal trainer. He deadass said he wasn't but then explained he would politely refuse to do the lesson if his trainee hadn't practiced prior to the lesson. IMO, that's scarier than being angrily scolded, Jinho-ah! Lol XD Anyway, thank you for including him. He often is very overlooked and under appreciated. He definitely deserves to be among the best vocalists PERIOD. Not just in Kpop.

But, just to remind you and some ppl here he is named as the best vocalist in Kpop (it was even a known fact to most or said by the vocal critics and coaches already, saying Kyuhyun is so far the best one in Kpop) :) it's just quite surprising he’s not on this list lol

Why is the description all the same for every singer listed? Lol They are all powerhouse. No surprise the 3 main vocal are in the list. Exo is vocal king! I love D.O. the most as he is best at R&B and his runs are unmatchable. His soulful voice is unique and can heal your soul. And I also think Jinho and Hui from Pentagon should be in the list. I'm sorry, I respect your opinion, but Kyuhyun not being in a list of 20 KPOP vocalists when he is arguably the best one, recognised by professionals, fans and antis alike makes this whole list lose credibility.. I mean he is the 1st and only male idol to be King of Masked Singer (Sandeul was on a special episode) and he stayed there for 5 freaking weeks and barely lost on the sixth week. If that isn't proof (like we needed one) Idk what is. I admit I am an ELF but Kyu isn't even my bias these are just facts, I love my Wookie to bits but if you had to put only one Suju member it should've been Kyu (tho the whole KRY is the best vocal lineup ever). Also none of Changmin nor Junsu being here is also a big miss Other than that all these vocalists are really great and still thanks for making this list ^^

Park Hyo Shin should be in this list but I don't agree with you opinion is "should be first" Park Hyo Shin has really really good voice, vocal techniques. He is most succesfull solo artist of kpop but the range of voices is not as wide as Chen. Vocal coaches said like this.

I was worried when Ryeowook was number 9, and I was right to be. Kyuhyun wasn't even on your list. If you were analyzing strength and weaknesses, then I think Kyuhyun should have been on your list. In my opinion, at or near the top, but at least on the list. His vocal range is one of the best supported in the industry. When you listen, he rarely, if ever, strains his voice, which I can hear in some of the examples of other singers. He has a wider range too, than most male idol singers. So, I respect your opinion, but disagree that he didn't deserve to be on the list.

What makes chen being the #1 on this list is not just because of his range..he can sing any kind of songs..his versatility makes him uniquely good..seems like he can sing any kind of songs..but I prefer D.O.'s kind of tone..he has this kind of voice that I haven't heard from any other kpop singers..I just didn't know how to explain..I just love listening to his voice..that's why he is my ultimate bias in kpop..😁

As much as I love Jungkook and his vocals, no, no he shouldn't be in this list. He is amazing (in literally everything) but bis vocal is not comparable with Chens or Kihyun (why wasn't he listed). But he doesn't have to be the best vocal in Kpop, don't you think?

With no knowledge of who the singers were I listened without seeing and picked out 4 that stood out to me 1. Hweseung 2. JaeHwan 3. Young K 4. Jinho Not saying they are better than anyone else, I just liked their voices and found them soothing :)

Gotta add Jongho from Ateez. They have super high energy choreography in their performances and yet Jonho is ALWAYS stable and obviously not lip syncing. Its AMAZING! Good list overall though 😊

@@wenttoofardeep7941 wrong. Suho strained from E4, Taeyng is pretty relaxed up to F4 actually despite of he being so nasal. Junhoe is even worse, it hurt my ear when hearing him straining through his range. Junhoe is the male Park Bom for sure. Also V is better than Jungkook

My opinion for best kpop male vocalists(of vocalists I've listened to) : 1. Kyuhyun(SUJU) no real argument can be made against him technique wise. He's easily top 2. Changmin(TVXQ) 3. Ryeowook(SUJU) 4. Junsu(TVXQ) 5. Eunkwang(BTOB) 6. Chen(EXO) 7. D.O. (EXO) 8. Yesung(SUJU) 9. Baekhyun(EXO) 10. Onew(Shinee) 11. Jinho(Pentagon) 12. Jonghyun(Shinee) 13. Jung Yong Hwa(CNBLUE) 14. Taemin(Shinee) If the list was going on technique, how can kyuhyun not be in it lol, he's literally known to be the best technical male vocalist in kpop. The ones losted here are better jungkook have a well control over his voice but his technique is quite average he strains he can't use mixed voice or head voice he uses relaxed falsetto it can sound like head voice but is too airy jungkook support is quite shallow he does unsuport some notes and sometimes when he goes high u can hear the tension on his voice...his lower and upper register is quite undeveloped he is considered an average to weak vocalist the ones in the list are considered above average to proficient vocalist. And i think some people here are younger than jungkook.

I respect your your opinion. Well best male singer in my opinion are Eunkwang, Changsub, and Hyunsik from BTOB; Jinho and Hui from PENTAGON; Chen from EXO; Seungyoon from WINNER, and June from IKON. Well actually i really like male singer with unique/clean high vocal. (That just my opinion. Well i know every idol in KPOP are talented but because every person has different ear and music taste, so dont blame him for not include your idol guys)
