In that mission most of the satallites were from America, UAE.etc..it was not indian satallites.isro just drop them in the orbit..it was not indian satallites.i think 94 satallite was from America..rest of the satallite was from UAE

They were satellites of all purposes. Military. Communication. USSR was experimenting with world's first internet network. They had it for military purposes by then. Moreover, both Ukrainian and Belarusian participation was purely political and not necessity - Russia has easily replaced all Ukrainian parts, while Belarusian are still purchased out of the economic support, and can be replaced tomorrow if need be.
