Hey...I love the movie Maximum Overdrive. 🤨 King called it a "moron movie" & stated he was coked out of his mind at the time. He repeatedly apologized to Emilio Estevez for years. It's a perfect example of the so-bad-it's-good camp variety & still a thoroughly entertaining film. 🥰 "Honey, come on over here, sugarbuns. This machine just called me an asshole." 😂🤣

The amount of incidences you didn't include with The Crow is astounding. A disgruntled crew member drove his truck through the plaster shop and destroyed sets. Storms destroyed more sets. A crew member accidentally drove a screwdriver through his hand. And the Hudsucker Proxy, which was filming adjacent to them, started taking bets on when the next accident would happen on The Crow set. I bet they felt awful when that next accident occurred.:(

Heather O'Rourke died in February 1988, between the end of filming of Poltergeist 3 and its release the following summer. Not 'years later.' In addition, Will Sampson, who played Taylor in Poltergeist 2, died in 1987, the year after that movie's release, and also qualifies as a victim of the 'curse.'

What about Trinidad Silva; Silva died at the age of 38 in a car crash with a drunken driver in Whittier, California. His wife and toddler son were also injured. Douglas Robert Owens pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter, drunken driving, and hit-and-run charges. Owens was sentenced to ten years in state prison, which was the maximum allowed under the law. Silva’s death occurred during production of the 1989 "Weird Al" Yankovic film UHF. Parts of the film had to be rewritten since he had not finished filming his part. The film was dedicated to his memory. Weird Al was said to be deeply saddened by the death and even paid for his funeral and numerous bills for his family.

@lucoakanrogithe2ahashira509
Saw a series called ‘Cursed movies’ or films not sure which exactly and who made it since it was on my Jailbroken fire stick but anyways a props master said the “curse” of using real skeletons is complete B.S cause there was other films in the past that have used them and nothing bad happened it’s just that the poltergeist was really popular especially after all the deaths happened. A actress also argued that there is no curse it’s just bad luck being the poor teen girl broke up with a mentally unstable man who did what he did, other cast members were old and died of things like cancer which isn’t uncommon at their ages and the main stars death is the doctors fault because they misdiagnosed her with something she didn’t even have and were treating her for the wrong illness and believes if they got it right the first what she was sadly born with was treated correctly she is sure she’d still be alive and making movies today

Idina Menzel in Wicked was hurt in THE EXACT SAME SCENE when her costume was caught on the "trapdoor" (it was actually a descending elevator), ending her run (And I'm PISSED she isn't being invited back for the film. But then again...SHE'S ELSA NOW! And while I wasn't a fan of Let it go, Into the Unknown is a BANGER. Also her albums of her own song, especially the song "I stand" awesome. And credit where it's due... They DID let her put her a SOLOIST version of "Defying Gravity" onto her first album and - IT'S THE BEST ONE. Sorry not sorry. It's not some big flashy performance piece. It's basically her "Yes I was Elphaba. BUT IF I WASN'T...This is how the Song would ACTUALLY sound...'

How the flying fook!!! do real bullets get on the set? Blanks and real rounds are not difficult to distinguish! Didn’t another person or woman get killed recently due to this? 🤬
@Badlander87X
@Badlander87X Год назад
Well in tye old days they would have both live rounds and blanks live rounds for impact shots where live rounds are fired at walls behind the intended target the intended target was normally shot in a secondary take of the same scene and sometimes someing new or inexperienced is on set moving ammo around and some of the ammo gets dropped and incorrectly picked up and put in the ammo block or pile .. And yes on the set of rust she was part of that amorer crew and it wasn't a live round it was a massive buildup of cordite which builds u0 inside the barrels of guns faster with blank fires and eventually it turns into a plug that one fire to many fills up and fires out of the barrel with the same velocity of a actual slug from a bullet with the same horrible consequences .
@melissawickersham9912

Blanks can kill you if they are fired at you at point-blank range. Just ask the families of actors who died due to fatal wounds caused by blanks.
@pattierotondo1108
@pattierotondo1108 Год назад
Jon-Erik Hexum was killed by a blank back in the 80s. They are more dangerous than people think. Number one rule of handling guns is NEVER point one at something you aren't willing to destroy. Even in the movies, guns are not generally pointed directly at a human.
@michaelrue1400

Blanks are powder with no projectile, and dummies are projectiles with no powder. Someone accidentally loaded a dummy into a chamber that already had a blank in it, effectively making a complete bullet.

#19 Actually the car that James Dean died in was supposedly cursed. It was a 1955 Porsche 559 Spyder nicknamed 'Little Bastard.'

In the movie the conqueror it was really stupid to choose a place that they used for nuclear weapons tests! Ok some would say oh you know they didn't had the knowledge those years etc,but at least the army should do something about those places having them closed for the public or to even make a film! Human being is even more stupid in the end when it comes for fame and glory i guess since this played a big part as well!!!
