@@ibz925 Way to discredit one man's hard work. Complete smoothe-brain cope but to be expected by a low IQ Westoid basement-dwelling loser. East Asians, particularly Han Chinese, Japanese & Koreans, are the most explosive race in the world along with West Africans. Facts don't care about snowflake feelings: The COL5A1 gene is responsible for higher elasticity and less stiffness in tendons, with a higher probability of decreasing risk of muscle injury and fatigue, as well as higher flexibility. The only drawback is less endurance. This gene is most commonly found in Yoruba Africans, followed by Japanese, Koreans, African-Americans and Han Chinese. However, although East Asians are among the most explosive races in the world, their limbs are much shorter than Black Africans on average which decreases the length of strides and top speed, making it more difficult to compete at the elite level, so Su really had to perfect the art of explosiveness. The ADRB2 rs1042713 A gene is responsible for binding adrenaline/epinephrine. A gene nominally significant for faster run times, it is a cell membrane spanning beta adrenergic receptor that binds epinephrine (adrenaline). Key actions of adrenaline are increasing heartrate & blood pressure, expanding air passages of lungs, enlarging pupils, redistributing blood to muscles and altering the body's metabolism, so as to maximize blood glucose levels. This gene is most commonly found in Jiangsu Han, followed by Fujian Han, then Guangdong (where Su is from) Han, then Dai Gansu Han Viet African-American Beijing Han Korean Yoruba Maasai Esan Colombian Afro-Carribean Japanese Luhya Mexican We could go on and on, including evidence of genes for weightlifting, powerlifting, fighting, higher concentrations of testosterone and swimming. Unfortunately I can't provide links in RU-vid comments but you can find the peer-reviewed studies for yourself, but a low IQ Westoid can only cope & seethe & is too much of an insecure smoothe-brain to do that.

I noticed something in this video about Justin Gatlin & Asafa Powell. They both ran easy 9.7's whenever Usain wasn't in the race. I mean really easy 9.7's. Almost every single time when Asafa & Usain were in a race together Asafa would tighten up at the end of his race & choke & barely ran under 10 seconds. And notice everytime Justin ran against Usain except for the last race they had, Justin would lean way too early & start stumbling & give the race to Usain. Go back & watch how easily Justin & Asafa ran those 9.7's without Usain in the race, especially Justin. Keep in mind, Asafa ran more sub 10s than any man in history of the 100m.

Bolt was a cultural phenomena, where ever he goes he was the crowd favorite. Gatlin said he never race someone 6,5 and that commands and controls the noise in the arena with just gestures. He was a different level than even top athletes from other sport that was more popular than track and field. I remember reading that when he enter the Olympic village in 2012 he almost got mobbed by “fellow Olympians” everyone was standing and clapping but his teammates had to protect him as the village didn’t allow bodyguards only athletes. They said everyone turn into a fan. He was more of a superstar than a athlete and I think sprinters folded under the pressure

What are the fastest 60m splits that you have analyzed from Michael Norman, Shawn Crawford, Walter Dix and Steve Mullings? Michael Norman has shown outstanding ability during the 0-50m segment in some of his 200m races (5.62 split in his 19.76 and 5.67 split in his 19.84) which makes me wonder how fast he has run the first 60 metres in his few 100m races. Shawn Crawford is another sprinter who did not have the 100m as his main event but whose ability to start quickly intrigues me. Crawford did run a 6.47 during the indoor season in 2004 and in the Olympic 100m final that same year he had a 60m split of 6.45 en route to a 9.89. It would however be interesting to find out if that 6.45 was the fastest 60m split of Crawford or if he had an even faster split in either his 9.88 personal best or in his other 9.89 from the Olympic quarterfinal. Steve Mullings also showed great ability to start quickly in the 200m final at the 2009 World Championships where he ran the first 50 metres in 5.70 which meant that he was slightly ahead of Crawford at that point of the race. While his indoor 60m best only is 6.59 my guess is that he had a 60m split somewhere in the 6.38-6.40 range during his 9.80 personal best race. Have you by any chance analyzed that 9.80 race? While Walter Dix is the most accomplished 100m sprinter of these four with his World Championships silver and Olympic bronze he seems to be the slowest starter of them. Dix best result in the indoor 60m is 6.58 and the fastest 60m split that I have found is 6.51 from his 9.96 in the heats of the US Olympic Trials in 2008. The fastest wind legal 60m split I should maybe say since Dix had a 6.47 split in his windaided 9.80 in that final. Have you analyzed any race where Dix had a faster 60m split than 6.51?
@Pumpxkin
@Pumpxkin 2 года назад
Probably 6.4 for Norman. Also, for Joe fahn, I think he's going to have a lot of sub 3.40 finishes in his career. He already has a few sub 3.40 finishes. Also you know what's crazy? If you combine Joe's best split times for the 200m 10.3 and 9.2, that'd be high 19.5. I think if Joseph improves his drive phase, loses more weight, less wasted momentum (improved start) and natural development he would have crazy times for both events. What do you think?
@sebastiankarlsson735
@sebastiankarlsson735 2 года назад
@@Pumpxkin Yes something like 6.43+3.43 seems like a reasonable guesstimate of the splits for Norman in his 9.86. Regarding Joseph Fahnbulleh I agree about that his potential in both the 100m and especially the 200m is great considering that he already has shown that he is capable of sub-3.4 last 40 metres in the 100 and sub-9.3 second 100 metres in the 200. It is often difficult to make big improvements to your start but if Fahnbulleh can manage to do it he will definitely be a strong contender in the 200m. Perhaps in the 100m as well.

The best of all races was that of Maurice Greene at the 2001 Edmonton Finals, when he was in shape of his life. He ran after 4 false starts, with wind in his face and injuries and after all that he ran 9.82 and 6.33 at 60 meters. How much he could run in 2001 under optimal conditions. Maurice Green is the greatest of all time!
@speedanalysischannel1165
@speedanalysischannel1165 2 года назад
Given his PB (9.79s) split times in the last 30m and comparing it into his 9.82, he lost about 0.1s due to injury, so if he would managed to maintain this speed till the end he would probably even run 9.72s and when it comes to slight headwind which he had in this race, it's comparable situation to Blake's 9.69 (-0.1) , so converting Greene's (-0.2) headwind to maximum legal tailwind (+2.0m/s), he even could get a time of 9.65s putting the perfect race together

If Bolt hadn't slowed down then he would have probably gone through 9.62 or 9.63s. His last 10 meters in Beijing was about 0.07s slower than that of Berlin and 0.06s slower than that of London. Going below 9.50s seems impossible for at least the next 30 years. The Bolt 9.58 race itself is 0.11 seconds faster than Blake and Gay, who are considered phenomenal sprinters. @Yes_I_c4n
@Yes_I_c4n 2 года назад
@@IsaacMokChuangXing yep, exactly. There's a report saying Bolt clocked 6.29s at the 60 m mark in that Berlin race. Regardless, Bolt has held the fastest 60 m split till last year, when Su clocked 6.29s. That's why I find it so hard that someone in the near futyre breaks his WR. I mean, where exactly are they beating his time? From 60 to 100 m for sure it isn't and from 0-60 it will be hard to beat him by much, so...

@IsaacMokChuangXing 2 года назад
@@Yes_I_c4n that's why I don't indulge in people who say that a sprinter with Coleman's start and Gay/Blake's finish will break Bolt's record cuz prime Bolt was faster than all 3 at their distances
@Yes_I_c4n
@Yes_I_c4n 2 года назад
@@IsaacMokChuangXing yes, that's just stupid. I would accept for people to say whoever in the start and Bolt's top end speed, but Gay or Blake? Bolt's finishing stages were always faster than anybody's, so for someone to claim Gay is a faster finisher than Bolt?? But you're right, Bolt was better than each and everyone of them in every stage of the race. Bolt put together everything just right in that race in Berlin. I think Bolt could have topped that Berlin performance in 2012 but his 60 m split was around 0.04 to 0.07 s slower at 6.35 to 6.36 s according to the studies done. This means the 60 to 100 split may have been better/faster in London, namely 0,02 s faster, which is crazy and most likely due to the tailwind blowing a bit faster. But in any case, had he got a better 60 m split (similar to Berlin) and he would have broken his WR for sure.

What 60m splits do you get for Frankie Fredericks and Ato Boldon in their respective 9.86 performances. In the 1996 Olympic final Boldon had a 6.40 split en route to 9.90 and Fredericks had a 6.41 en route to a 9.89. Did they have faster 60m splits than that in their 9.86 races?

Hello I have a question. What were the splits of Usain Bolt's 9.72 race? I think he got out pretty well. Also the 2009 9.79 race where Bolt came back pretty strong. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2Yk2_ODHWvM.html thank you.

@speedanalysischannel1165

I'm hesitant and unsure for Bolt's splits in 9.72s race it was something between 6.35-6.36 at the first 60m so I decided to not put him on this list, for sure Gay ran 6.47+3.38. After first 60m Bolt had 0.95m lead and after 100m it was already 1.35m. Bolt made the advantage over Gay after first 30m he then got the time of 3.79s while in Berlin and Beijing it was 3.78s so almost the same 30m start, but between 30-60m he ran it in 2,56s and it wasn't stunning result for his limits 30-40: 0.88, 40-50: 0.85 and 50-60m: 0.83 and he reached 44,01km/h between 60-70m - 0.8180s. Okay summarize it, so as I said i didn't want to cause a commotion but I would be more prone to 6.35 rather than 6.36. I have still a lot work ahead of me and not every race has been fully analysed yet. I'm gonna post next videos in the nearly future

thats the trade off, hes a short sprinter so his start is more likely to be blazing fast, just like bolt was taller so his stride length gave him higher top speed potential, but also hindered his start a lot... the fact that he was still able to get out of the blocks even with the rest and pull away early on was insane
