I never understand why they make it that the people sit so near to the game, They need to put them in a special containment or a wall where it keeps them away from the ball flying towards them
Dude you train years and years, 2x a day 6 days a week. I guess your body gets conditioned for it. The problem is when you stop training, but occasionally go to play matches. Your brain has them moves still ingrained, but your body is not trained for this kind of stuff anymore....
Nope these people work hard day and night to perfect there skill and shouldn't be used as a reference to a fictional character because that's fucking disrespectful.
Volleyball isn't a very hard game to understand on it's own but the fact that I can pick apart specific things happening in this highlight reel because of an anime really speaks to the quality of the writers who clearly did their research.
Last point is one of the most iconic in history of volleyball,it was a Gold medal match from Sydney 2000 Olympics, and the name of the man is Vladimir "Vanja" Grbić from Serbia (Yugoslavia back in the days) 😊
This video gave me chills. As a high school boy’s coach, it’s very tough to get through to kids how not to give up on plays bc this generation of kids is raised so lazy with parents not making them work for anything. Now I’m in my mid 20’s but in the 6 years since I graduated, there’s def a work ethic gap. And I might show this video to them that even at the highest level, you ball as hard as you can all 25+ for all 5 games. The team that works the hardest typically wins. Great video
Committing yourself til the very last possible step. That’s what it means to dedicate your life to a sport. That moment of being at the absolute limit and doing things you didn’t think your body was capable of is a rush that only a true sportsman can understand.
