Well, what do you expect? Madara is an absolute monster in combat. Probably the most monstrous Naruto villain of all Naruto villains. And he actually enjoys it.

@@jeuryrabassa4724 to this day I still believe Kishimoto had Kaguya for final vilain because there was no way Naruto and Sasuke would have sealed Madara in his perfect Rikudo form. Kaguya was more powerful in raw strenght but Madara had a whole life of ninja fights behind him. I don't see Madara being stopped by a dumb punch from Sakura then sealed by Naruto and Sasuke. In an FPS analogy : -Naruto and Sasuke were pro players with your basic 9mm handgun -Kaguya was the noob that somehow got a minigun -Madara was an other pro player but with an AK-47

It’s true that there are plenty of scenes of a single man fighting hundreds, thousands, of not tens of thousands of people by themselves. But what has Guts fighting a hundred people burned into my memory is how visceral it felt. It’s easy to write someone doing it effortlessly. But Guts expended himself, growling, bleeding, running out of breath, it struck a chord with a young me. That’s what his life is and always will be about: Struggle. Also, the only Gintama fight I thought would be here was Gintama versus all the copyright laws.

Aizen taking out all of the Gotei 13's best and the Vizards was both amazing and chilling. Kyoka Suigetsu is a true nightmare of a weapon and only Ichigo/Kisuke prevented the massacre of Karakura. He was that close........

Loved that Saito's battle against the 70,000 was on this list. ZnT nees more love and that was also likely one of the best acts of love in an anime and a great way to top off the second season. I also want to give an honorable mention to Kirito vs the invading army in War of Underworld.

My Honorable Mention: Yuya (Z-ARC) vs 10 Duelists (Aster Phoenix, Sora Perse, Shay Obsidian, Kite Tenjo, Gong Strong, Jack Atlas, Sylvio Sawatari, Crow Hogan, Declan Akaba, and Riley/Ray) Yuya has merged with his three other counterparts to become the ultimate villain of the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V series, "Z-ARC". The duel begins with Z-ARC vs Aster Phoenix & Sora Perse. Each time he defeated a pair of duelists, another pair intrudes and continues the duel. Then comes Shay Obsidian & Kite Tenjo, then Gong Strong & Jack Atlas, Sylvio Sawatari & Crow Hogan, then Declan Akaba, and finally Riley Akaba who has is hosting another merged entity, Ray. But Riley/Ray are the ones who ultimately defeat Z-ARC, however the number of duelists Z-ARC faced is astounding for a single final boss.

I think the people that watch this have either experienced a little or a lot of animes. But if you have seen a lot you start to reminisce and look back at the greats. Besides the berzerk scene is a bit more gritty and down to earth in comparison. Showing of "true strengh and perseverance"

Guts 100 man slaying is number 1 for me. He's not an OP character relative to how more powerful he is to the common soldier as say Madara is to the common Shinobi. Makes the feat more raw and human. He cut up 100 dudes. That's something.
