both arcade games werent included. which is a shame. i know turtles in time has a few extra stages, and a couple boss swaps (notably slash being the prehistoric boss, who ill admit is much better than cement man) but both the ports only allow 2 players. and its really not right without all 4 turtles on screen at once.
i prefer tit arcade if im being honest. better sound quality, and best of all 4 players. snes tit is still a great one i just... it doesnt quite feel right with only 2 players. thankfully not long after shredders revenge was released we finally got a compilation of all the 1987-era games... all versions of those games, too. my turtles were actually the 2003 turtles, but one of the first games i ever owned was tmnt radical recue (which was one of the last of the 1987 era) so the 87 turtles are still valid.
Tmnt out of the shadows was the best in my opinion, since your able to hit loads of combos, play around free play with friends and it has so many options you can do inside of it .
My favorite TMNT video Games are: 1, TMNT Mutants in Manhattan 2, TMNT Out of the Shadows 3, TMNT Shredder's Revenge, 4, TMNT The Cowabunga Collection, 5, TMNT Turtles in time recalled,
My Tmnt games top 10: 1.Shredder's Revenge 2.Turtles in time snes 3.Tmnt arcade 4. Manhattan project 5. Tournament fighters snes 6.Turtles in time arcade 7.Hyperstone heist 8. Fall of the foot clan 9.Back from the sewers 10.Tournament fighters nes. All the games from 2 to 10 I played in Cowabunga collection.
Thanks man, I really enjoyed that one ... don't understand why many gamers don't show this title much love aye // I thought to myself I should've ranked this one higher! John 👍
Yea (personally) didn't play much of Battle Nexus ... was more into the 2003 TMNT game for Gamecube, did like the 4 player support though - but apprecicate you stopping by man! John 👍
Thanks for stopping by - yep, Ubisoft did a great job on that one ... could see that Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time influence (it totally worked) 👍🎮 John
everybody HATED re-shelled. and i mean it too. i havent the faintest idea why. like, i get it, they were expecting it to be based around the snes version (which, would have been nice as that had extra stages, as well as a few different bosses. slash>cement man any day.) but re-shelled was clearly based on the original arcade release. and it might not look as great as the sprite work... but re-shelled doesnt look bad at all. i feel like people were unfair to it.
