Long tube headers, high-flow cats and aftermarket exhaust will only void your warranty on your headers, cats, and exhaust system. Obviously, if you get this stuff installed and there's an exhaust leak, and you take it to the dealership, they will not cover it under warranty.
Are the corsa extremas really that quite I just got mines for my 2020 rt and kinda scared it might not sound that loud, what other alternatives do I have to make it louder( without voiding my warranty)
Yeah the extremes are kind of on the quiet side. But your best option is going catless. Because doing so wouldn’t void your car warranty, just your exhaust warranty. Also you can try going catless then removing the rear resonator’s from the catback system to increase the loudness aswell.
@@annoyinghuh4727 ok good for example if u had a 18 rt Charger & u wanna go catless. Basically u remove the cats, & u can replace them with stainless mid pipe if u want that option
I recommend doing a mid muffler delete. Will give it a nice tone that’s the cheapest thing u could do to make it a bit louder. Other choices you can go with are FlowMaster super 44s in place of the mid muffler if the first setup is to loud for you.
unfortunately here in california you can get a ticket for having modified exhaust that are too loud....also i hate when a car sounds super loud while driving at regular speeds....to be honest its kinda stupid, even if you're just cruising and it sounds like your're killing the highway. and yes i do own an r/t
Well without cats your car might or will emit a strong, Odor due to the unburned fuel. And your check engine light will also come on. But some benefits are increased exhaust flow & loudness
I gotch u brother, best setup that sounds great since your in cali. delete your rear resonator’s & mid mufflers then add 5 inch tips. Should cost you 250$ max at a muffler shop. Then u can order some tips.
With this setup it’s perfect cuz when driving at low speeds or just cruising it’s pretty quiet. But once you step on that pedal it’s dummy loud.😂 u can always add your mufflers back on from the rear or mid section of your exhaust to Tone it down aswell .

I've got outlaws they sound good but after a while you will want louder not sure what I can add to get louder I really don't want to delete muffler the drone is annoying as fuck
