I am mother of two teenage daughters but they don't care about acne or any scar.. All they said that mom we don't care, we love the way we are and those who have problem with our skin they should change their thinking... They use moisturiser and Sunscreen only (bcz that's essential they think) 🤷...

I used to use emolene as a teenager too! Now im 24 and am using retinoids(under prescription for some issues) which made my skin so so dry despite using expensive moisturizers. Switched back to emolene and tossed everything else out! Now both my skin and wallet are happy ^^
Yeah.. Episoft moisturizer has been recommended by my dermat.. Actually I have really damaged my skin on my 20s..by listening to utubers baseless DIYs.. But dermat too didn't suggest any sunscreen after suggesting BP for my acne.. I M using sunscreen from last 5-6 months actually.. And M 27 now.. I really regret a lot.. Because M a working women from 22.. but really don't have any idea about skin care.. Anyways.. Nothing is late than ever.. M trying change my skin condition now.. Choosing my products carefully.. @@Jayshree0724 glycerin is a humectant. You need to apply just few drops not a lot of it. You can surely keep it overnight! Please do a patcg test also.I have been doing this since few weeks and my skin looks plump and hydrated!

I had acne for 2 months and was using clindamycin. Finally went to my dermatologist and he said that I was overtreating it and only gave me a gentle Facewash. I asked him if I could use my cetaphil moisturizing lotion and he said since mangalore has high humidity I don't need a moisturizer. What do you think about this?

And one more suggestion ..If you already have good skin, Plz dont do anything just because everyone is doing it .In my teenage i have good skin but now I have ruined but luckily i have good hair .I don't do anything for it .Just shampoo twice in week nd oiling regularly .No serum no hair pack noting .Nd it is doing absolutely. I always liked to experiment with products..but after following you for quite some time I understood that I can't just put anything on my skin and need to invest in good ones..26 already..I hope it's not too late..
I'm 20, accepted her recommendations, and never regretted, products include medimix soap, vaadi herbals knee scrub ,plum green tea night gel,plum greentea mask, goodvibes pomegranate toner, and now that I have figured out what my skin needs(after 3 months), I ordered whole green tea range of plum .I have a acne prone oily skin. Thanks to Mrs.Shweta vijay and Mr. Jovita george. (and ya I broke out too much at first as she said but now its okay. I wouldn't say my skin got clear but it will in future)

that shouldn't happen... if it did it might have been a whole capsule you applied. many skincare have vit e already... its is the quantity that makes difference... a tiniest drop from the capsule in to a hydrating or water based moisturiser might help and is always Better... try it that way and do let me know... if you feel it is still not helping then do stop pls

I am 25 now,and suffering from very bad cystic acne only on my cheeks, since I was 16 My weight is under control,my diet is in check,I don't suffer from pcod,I have never ever smoked or consumed any alcoholic beverages.....I have tried Homoeopathic,unani, ayurvedic, allopathic treatments.....and even professional dermats that costed a fortune to my father, you say it,I have done it.....still nothing helped And still I never got the answer,why this acne never leaves me☹️

Love the video and the information. My skin is oily and sensitive. I use Bioderma sebium H2O micellar water to remove my makeup. It effectively clean the all the makeup and dirt. For face wash I love Bioderma Sebium Moussant. It is not harsh on my skin and great for acne prone skin.
anything for exfoliation for adult skin with oily acne prone!! that really helps with blackheads or bumps on cheeks.. so that the mentioned skincare becomes more effective to absorb onto the skin
