Brian Thomas Jr. was my pre-draft WR4 and remains my WR4 post-draft. He is a vertical X/Z receiver who will stretch the field like Martavis Bryant did for the Steelers back in the day. Trevor has desperately needed a vertical playmaker and until this year, has never had one. He is going to need to expand his route tree, but he has the potential to turn into a solid WR2 at some point in his career.
I think Tee is a bit overrated... Yes, he was hurt this year (multiple times), but his per-route stats are DREADFUL. He finished with a 37.8% Win Rate overall, including a 26.1% Win Rate vs. Man Coverage, which is concerning. His target separation was 77th in the NFL at 1.34. He also finished with 1.73 Yards/Route Run, which was 42nd in the league. The numbers don't get much better if you go back to 2022, either. He isn't in an ideal situation, at least for this year. It could certainly be worse, as having Joe Burrow as your QB and being the second option in the offense definitely isn't terrible, but it would be great if he could move to a new team that features him as their WR1 and if he could really improve his efficiency on a per-route basis. What are your thoughts on Tee? I think he looks better on film than he does analytically.
