Some of the absolute BEST dragons in all of cinema history, too bad the rest of the film wasn't. My favourite will always be Vermithrax Pejorative from Dragonslayer (1981), practical effects ensure it'll always reign supreme.
@@ClockworkWyrm Dragonslayer was way ahead of its time with its effects. The rest of the movie was okay. The effects were great. And Vermithrax is a great name for a dragon.
You may want to watch Dragonslayer which came out in the early 80's. That movie has the distinction of being one of the first movies ever to use CGI. Given that fact, the dragon looks incredibly realistic, even to this day. Personally, I like the scene where the sorcerer's apprentice takes on the dragon by himself with only his magic amulet, spear and shield made from the dragon scales to protect him. It's not the smartest move on his part but it's incredibly brave. To this day, I still don't know how he got out of that situation but he does. My guess is that he used magic teleportation to get out of the dragon's lair.
Two points: His name is Vhagar, pronounced 'Vay-Gar' not 'Vagga' Also, Perseus doesn't ride 'what I can only call a demon horse'. He rides the legendary horse of the gods, Pegasus. Thanks
I was actually mental enough to watch the new Hellboy movie, absolute crap. But it did have one good line. "We can't be together, because I'm a Capricorn, and you're f****** nuts."
@@roboman34 the films I noticed had those mistakes are moves I like and have seen countless times both by cinema and streaming so I don’t believe that’s the problem. One of the scenes I can mention is number 20: Godzilla vs king ghidorah, the video mentions the scene where they fight at sea just a few miles away from isla de mara and they mention the deployment of the oxygen destroyer (the nuke), but the scene they show when describing that scene is the final battle in Boston (not directly at sea and no nuke). You can hear that out yourself.
Never understood why the modern Godzilla movies love to have him fight 90% of the time at night. 🤔🤔🤔 Do they not trust their own CGI departments? 😳🤔😆😆😆🤦♂️
What kills me(pun intended is run behind the monster, not away from it. I is going in one direction. Go the opposite. Better chance of survival. But only in city fights.
The reason Kronos is not praised is... well, he's stupid. He's NOT Kronos, he's NOT a "Titan", he's just something thrown into the movie to let us forget Zeus and Poiseidon are revolting beings in their original myths.
Yeah I hate the narrations, always talking stupid to show it all that silly side stuff, interrupting what he really should show and that is the action of just the movie 🎥 the narrator sucks.
The 2019 Hellboy movie wasn't very good but I did want more of those weird Hell creatures that show up towards the end of the movie, they were the only interesting part of the film.
Skipping by one of the most bad ass epic scenes when King Kong faces off against several T-Rex's, while at the same time including dumb choices like Darmu and that weird creature from the embarrassing Green Lantern movie, is shameful to say the least. 👎
3:02-4:12 Don't know, but what is BS to me is Kronos being a LAVA TITAN WHEN HE'S NOT!!!! I thought Thera and her male counterpart were the Titans with fire-based powers while Kronos was a fleshy Titan with some other kind of powers like time or something.
