Pretty sure the spec is that Hullbreacher will be reprinted in mh3 making it modern legal, but there is no proof of this yet. Definitely doubt it gets unbanned in commander.

I get a lot of questions about how to calculate percentage differences. You take the final value minus the starting value, divided by the starting value, and then multiply that number by 100. So if a card starts at 1 dollar and it goes to 2 dollars, you would subtract 1 from 2 to get 1 and then divide 1 by 1 to get 1, and finally multiply 1 by 100 for a 100% increase. In other words in that example the value doubled exactly. Hope that helps.
