And almost none is worth to wait for it, I wait for games that we know about for years now. Crimson desert, Kingdom come, Stalker, but majority new games looks weak including indiana Jones.
Yep... skipped through most of that as genres of no interest... maybe the 'Sniper Elite', and possibly the 'Dune' game, but getting pretty jaded with grinders
The game industry is in a slump. It's mostly just sequels and prequels to established titles with minor graphic improvements, nothing new or groundbreaking. All the developers have been bought up by 3-4 huge companies who are focused on maximising profits and nothing more. That's why most games fail to live up to hype these days and are full of missing content and glitches on release. They then charge you for extra dlc to pay for the content that should have been in the original game. Then we have the problem of neglecting single player modes in favor of money-spinning online modes where you pay to win.
Developers have become so removed from gamers it's insane. It's like they're not even trying anymore, just recycling the same concepts over and over again for years.
@@themodernninja8074 the modern gamer community is full of incel racist cry babies who complain about everything. there's damn near no way to avoid criticism nowadays people complain about games that haven't even played themselves.
Sniper elite literally looks like something that would have come out 15 years ago.... it's unbelievable that they have the nerve to try to sell this low effort garbage.
especially the reused character, i was happy to see a new face getting rid of that MC was a good choice, but they literally replaced it with the guy the second player is in coop thats so lame.
@@timmyymmit615 Everyone that says that is Ridiculous. Then I'm not a gamer, because I surely think graphics and animations matter, especially for games like these. If graphics didn't matter we'd still play 2D games. We're in 2024 and in the age of AI and autonomous vehicles. Technology is progressing but these video games haven't changed in years. I expect at least some technological advancements in terms of graphics in video games, let alone performance and all the other things. You can't bring out multiple games in the span of over 10 years and make them all look and feel like they were made 15 years ago. It's lazy, uncreative and boring. This game will die just like any other uncreative game.
@@timmyymmit615 vehicles are confirmed but dont expect anything crazy, the first actual cars were revealed in 1910~ like what you can call a car not the prototypes.
Yeah, the Sleeping dogs inspired game's animations don't at all have the punch and collision feel of Sifu or its inspiration. I hope they improve it cause I loved Sleeping dogs but their hits look like animations rather than physical combat
Dune Awakening: "sell blueprints of your architectural wonders to other players". Yeah, I can see how this will end well... Why TF couldn't they just make a single player game with multiplayer option? No, they had to make a F-ing MMO.
the signs of a dead game within a month at most. The game is probably going to be 40$ + so good luck keeping the '' MMO '' system running and fun. Devs feel a bit overconfident sometimes, multiplayer games in general are so risky, if you fail your launch the game might die and then nobody buys it after that initial 6 months. I still buy games from 15 years ago because some are good and single player..
I can tell the game is going to be a flop because there isn’t much in game footage. It’s overly ambitious and I’m sure they’re gonna cut corners like a bunch of other companies do. Which is a shame because this could’ve been a perfect opportunity to expand on the lore of the Dune series and we could’ve actually experienced how the universe really is.
MMO sounds amazing for dune, what a great world to set an MMO in. Sucks for you you dont like other people, seems alright since im having a hard time liking you with such a negative attitude..
@@noboto6930 I played mafia 2, it was ok, but since gta has been around for so long, It felt like i was basically playing a different version of GTA with worse mechanics. games like red dead and Skyrim, and GTA it's hard to compete. needs to have good story, good gameplay, good graphics, good mechanics, and bring something unique in itself
Anyone else notice how like literally everything is dark horror/war stuff...? Nothing just nice, fun, light-hearted and chill, just relentlessly grim and gruesome content for our brains.
@@TolgaandFatin still it would be nice to have our old devs back and making better games again, these days things are either silly indie or woke. I remember when characters were musculent and not fortnight or apex little anime boys with tight cloths and glitter. I gave up hope on almost everything these days, we can't have anything normal.
Is it just me or have the graphics in games gone backwards. I bought myself a bad as rig with the latest top of the line hardware. and it feel like watching upcomming game titles I wont be using the full potential.
@@stupidname02_ Here let me translate for you. What I am saying is; I wish that the development companies would release more good games. My comment is not directed at the content creator at all.
Games I'm currently eyeing!! Dying Light: The Beast Neo Berlin 2087 (Same voice actor from Deus Ex Games.) (Bascially, Adam Jensen is back!) No More Room In Hell 2 Borderlands 4 Mafia The Old Country Defect Kingdom Come Deliverance 2
Let's see : Little Nightmares 3, Crimson Desert, We harvest shadows ( looks interesting&different ) , Reanimal (which is basically Little nightmares and it looks great. There definitely gonna be some creepy moments )
Arrakis? Most dangerous planet in the universe? I mean, isn't almost EVERY planet in the universe completely uninhabitable due to temperature, storms, atmosphere and hostile conditions? Probably some sand and worms is pretty low on the "dangerous planets in the universe" list.
Just imagine a time when the upcoming GTA 6 will be mentioned among low end PC games. What would high end gaming be like in those days... Just saying as many of the old games that are a decade or 2 decades old, were the best or highly anticipated games of their time.
@@XavierLorenzo-qi8iy I thought Blade Runner instantly when I saw it, and man, every since that movie came out, with that flying car, Ive wanted that thing in a game, a story driven game, thought maybe Cyberpunk would have it, but that was a nope, glad this game does...
@@chrisfatecj426 yeah same. I’ve never really been big on games set in the far future, but I give an exception to Blade Runner. Do you think the game would work as an open world, or is it better as a story based game like Max Payne?
Enough with the zombies and monsters! Games with real stories, adventures like Uncharted, story like mission impossible, James Bond, and there’s a lot of ideas with action like that.
Same company, they didn't want a 3rd Little Nightmares, so they made something else. And Bandai wanted a 3rd one, so we're also getting Little Nightmares 3
Well put together. I feel a lot of these games will be ruined by too much panning. It is no different to a bad cameraman that keeps moving the camera. I have absolutely no idea who started this annoying trend because it’s not normally how you view things. Games are starting to be like VR which gives you motion sickness.
the Dune game doesn't look THAT insane... I'm not one of those obsessed with graphics and it might even have a great gameplay, but calling it insane seems a bit of a stretch
am i the only one who thinks none of these are worth my time or money? the graphics are identical to what we had at peak 2015, the gameplay looks boring and linear, animations are as stiff as a rock, the unnecessary amount of reboots or movie adaptations are an eyesore too.
And you are not wrong, that beat em they showcased looked stiff as all hell. I thought Crimson Desert looked awesome off the strength it reminded me of Devil May Cry. But yeah other than this, Space Marine and Monster Hunter, shit was shaky at best.
Only added few of those to my wishlist. We Harvest Shadows seems interesting, Kong Survivor Instinct, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 this one will be a pre order for me, Neo Berlin might check that one, Indiana Jones and Mafia game.
So, the most interesting game on the list is a remake (SH2). Developers, please focus on the narrative, the atmosphere, and make the game unpredictable.
In Crimson Desert is it just me or the game has The Witcher 3 vibes asf, before that white calm creature appeared I was like, if there is magic and monsters its a new The Witcher, and then the guy in game said "look over there ..." I think game looks so far very promising ...
KCD2 will be amazing for sure. Indiana Jones looks like an interesting concept. There are a couple of other games that could turn out to be decent in this video. Neo Berlin looks like a new Deus Ex, Harvest Shadows looks heavily inspired from The Forest. Acts of blood looks like a new Sifu but more gore and a closer camera. A new mafia looks promising though it could be overshadowed by a new GTA. The new Batman looks cool. I hate horror games so not excited at all by Industria or Silent hill but for those who like the genre, they could be good games.
