E Decreases, so Phosphorus has less I. E than Nitrogen. Among oxygen and phosphorus.. Oxygen has more I. E than Phosphorus due to its small size.
Acidic strength increases from top to bottom. Reason: Top to bottom Size increases So bond lenght increases as bond lenght increases it readily loose electron So less stable So more reactive.
