Another thing is the shift+f3 that will change the selected text capitalization from uppercase to lowercase for example. if I'm outside of word I use AnyCase, that will change the capitalization no matter the program I'm typing in.
Sir, Your tutorial is very nice and easy to understand. So I request your help in solving my problem. I copied a few pages from the internet, pasted them into my Word document. Now the issue is this copied file has a different numbering format which I cannot change to a similar format as in my document. When I clicked the paragraph mark, the mark showing is as in "enter key"
Formatting is always a challenge when copying data from web pages. Try doing the copy and in word right-click and choose paste only text from the paste options. You can highlight text and choose "clear all formatting" from the home tab. Then you'll need to mark the text with your paragraph formatting. You may also need to remove the line spacing by going to replace from the home tab. Select more options and choose special then pick manual line break from the list. You can replace those line breaks with anything you want.

Normally numbers and text are left justified on lines as you enter them. If you create a text box and place numbers and text in them then you can control the justification of each text box individually. If you want to align multiple text boxes then select all of them and choose align from the shape format menu.
Thanks so much for sharing. File open and repair saved me when I migrated from 2010 to office 365. Office 365 crashes frequently while opening 2010 documents . 'Save as' did not save me from crashes however File open and repair did it. 👍
Hello Sir, how can I get text suggestion on Microsoft Word 2016, I have text suggestion on for hard keyboard, it works on everything (apps) but not word.
@@SeleTraining thank you for your reply, I mean text suggestion, when I type a word you will get a choice of words poping up to choose from, just like on a mobile phone, but works using hard keyboard keys.
Just got word and trying get blank document - when I click on Blank document I get a rectangle and can enter text in that rectangle box - I click to go to next line and again I get blank rectangle and next line the same etc- rectangle box does not print out but how do I get rid of this rectangle and get a blank page ?
It may be you have accidentally updated the default template for a blank document in Word. You can fix the default template file and that may correct the issues. See here: www.dummies.com/software/microsoft-office/word/fix-word-2016-normal-template/
